Hotels with Parking in Xi＇an

Location: Great - right behind Exit H Zhonglou metro station, across the road from Luomashi walking street and comfortable 10min walk to Bell Tower, Drum Tower & Muslim Quarter esp if you cut through the eateries to the right after you exit the hotel. Rooms: Lovely, spacious and comfortable. Toilet had a bidet. Huge TV but no English Channel and couldn’t cast shows from our phone. No view. We also had problems with the smell of smoke. The staff were quick to attend to it but they could only spray the room and once that dissipated the smoke smell was back. Hotel: There was a booth that offered airport transfers from the hotel for just 30yuan per person. The staff were pleasant but I think the most disappointing thing for me as a foreigner who isn’t able to speak Chinese was the lack of any English speaking staff. This to me is more of an Accor problem though. I had booked with Accor, a global brand, with expectations that there would be at least some English-speaking staff and at least one English TV channel (which our other more local hotels in Beijing had). Still overall good stay and I’d recommend it to anyone who can speak Chinese.

Have stayed at Eastern House, 7 years ago. The service & quality still amazed me. Even with language barrier, staffs still are excellent & very professional. Would like to commend on all the crew team at cafe/restaurant who served us breakfast every morning. Everyone is very courteous, friendly & professional in attending to guests. The greeted with a genuine smile. Big shout to the Team Leader, Ms Yi Gai Li. She represents what a great hospitality means. She greets & always with a smile. The best, she made effort to remember what our likes. She knew from Day 1, I would prefer a little honey with my cereal, the next 4 days she would remember & place a small portion of honey. She is always attentive. Eastern House should be proud to have a model staff in their team. Thank you Eastern House for the consistent great service even after 7 years since I last stayed.

If you want an awesome view and beautiful photos, this is a place for you. Very comfy room, spacious, soft bed, western design, details as soaps, or colors they use, it's a proper European feeling. Same goes for a breakfast, you can still choose Chinese stuff, but we enjoyed Western options ( special accent on cheese in olive oil and little focaccias). Very pleasant and helpful stuff in a dinning room. Also Igor, at a reception desk, who was more than kind and helpful with some requirements we had. And yes, English speaking reception desk with a foreign stuff, same as in a dinning room, THAT was a dramatic change after experiences we usually have in China. A hotel is not a brand new, but somebody really invested in a design and rethink how things should work here. Not close to shops, you will have to walk for about 2km if you want something. Or just order delivery, or a cab. It doesn't feel as Xi'an, at least not Gaoxin where we live. All together, our staycation was great, we would go there again.

I recently stayed at the Manxin Hotel in Xi’an, and it was a great experience. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city’s main sites. The bed was comfortable. The staff were kind and always ready to assist with any request notwithstanding the language barrier.

The room is large and suitable for family use. It is very clean. The hotel is very close to Metro Line 1 and 2. There are supermarkets and pharmacies downstairs, which is very convenient. It takes more than 20 minutes to ride Hello to Drum Tower. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is also great and the staff are very enthusiastic. I will choose this place next time I go to Xi'an. 👍

Food was good. Service was good. Facilities were good. I did get lost a couple times when I first went to the hotel. But it would have gone better if I had used compass app more and map app more. So that part wasn’t the hotel’s fault; it was my fault. However, the hotel is not easy to locate. One thing the hotel might want to add is that it is west of Lao Dong South Road (劳动南路）- down a little alleyway. That might help customers to find this nice hotel.

The room was decently clean and the hotel staff were nice. However, the room is clearly quite old and this negatively impacted our stay. When we arrived, the room was freezing because the windows were left open, and even when closed they did not seal fully, and some cold air still crept in. The veneer of the bathroom cabinets was peeling off completely, and the shower water was lukewarm at best. The breakfast included was ok. I understand that some parts of the hotel are currently under renovations, so perhaps the quality will improve once those are complete.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and bus stop, making it easy to get around. The reception staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us. We arrived in Xi’an early in the morning and wanted to check in, but the room wasn’t ready yet. The receptionist made every effort to arrange the earliest possible check-in for us (even upgrading our room category) to ensure we didn’t have to wait too long. I was truly touched and impressed by their effort. Additionally, the receptionist provided detailed guidance and even helped us find fun places to visit. This will definitely be my choice if I return to Xi’an next time! 酒店靠近地铁站和公交站，交通十分便利。前台工作人员非常友好，尽心尽力地为我们提供帮助。我们一大早抵达西安，想要办理入住，但房间还没准备好。前台尽最大努力为我们安排了尽早入住（还为我们免费升级了房型），生怕我们等太久。这让我感到非常感动和印象深刻。此外，前台还耐心地为我们提供指引，并帮助我们寻找好玩的地方。如果下次再来西安，这里一定会是我的首选！

When booking the hotel, I specifically consulted, and the front desk staff even added WeChat. The location of the hotel is pretty good. Coincidentally, it is also very close to where I do my makeup. A lady at the front desk helped to upgrade the room. On the last night, I didn’t know if it was because of the cold wind for a long time that I had a headache and felt a little feverish. I called to have a thermometer delivered, and unexpectedly they also gave me two bottles of hot water. It was very thoughtful. Thumbs up. Xi'an is fun. Eating a steamed bun is enough for a whole day in this city👋
