Great hotel and service, clean rooms and especially in rainy weather the more reasons to enjoy the stay to the fullest. Extra wishes were made possible prompt and quickly. Highly recommend!

The worst InterContinental hotel I've ever stayed in. It's a showpiece with a Chinese style theme, but it's only for show and the facilities are very bad. The faucet base in the room is 360 degrees rotating, the gap is very dirty, the plug board and mirror are crooked, the window is two colors, the decoration and sanitary details are all bad. The water temperature of the shower is very cold. If I wasn't too tired from playing, I would really like to complain on the spot. The food is so-so, I tried both breakfast and dinner. This should be the first bad review on Ctrip in the past ten years. There are many good hotels that can be booked at this price in Wuxi. Don't think about booking this one.
