Located opposite the Optics Valley shopping district within walking distance and near East Lake, it is within reach of many places of interest. Staff are professional and friendly, but lack attention to details. There are plenty of facilities like swimming pool and gym but only accessible to members who own a yearly membership. These facilities are outsourced to third-party contractor. It doesn't make sense for travelers who stay for a few days to buy a year membership just to utilize the facilities.

1. The room is very noisy, early morning decoration:    The hotel does not guarantee the basic rest rights of guests. Without knowing the renovation plan, guests are not informed in advance or provided any solutions (such as room change, earplugs, or advance notification for guests to choose) for affected guests.    Neglected, rest disturbed, and the experience is extremely poor. 2. Service chaos, packed breakfast blocked:    The hotel's internal management is chaotic, and there is a lack of standard service processes and emergency plans. The waiter is not familiar with the storage location of basic materials (packing bags, tableware), indicating that the training is not in place.    Because of the high-speed rail, disappointment, I feel that the hotel can not meet even the most basic needs. 3. The waiter has low emotional intelligence and lacks basic etiquette:    Service staff lacks service awareness and empathy. As a service industry practitioner, the basic etiquette should be ”guest first”, or at least help in parallel with the guests. He walks in front and lets the guests with luggage follow behind, which is a very indifferent and unprofessional performance.    Disrespected, felt despised, and very angry in my heart.

#Scaycation If you plan on never leaving the hotel this one is absolutely fantastic! The breakfast options were excellent and good variety of Asian and Western. The room was huge and the attention to detail was lovely. It had everything I needed cotton earbuds, three sets of towels, face wash , bath salt and much more. The staff was really helpful as well there were some language barrier miscommunication but they went above and beyond to clear it up. The Sauna is only for men, they have a steam room for women. Highly recommend as a relaxing get away.

I was on a business trip here during the National Day and came across this restaurant by chance. I thought the room would have a strong smell, but it turned out that there was no smell at all. Atour is my first choice when going out. The service is good and the laundry environment is good. This restaurant on the second floor has an outdoor setting. It is my favorite. I went there with my friends. Let’s chat here, order two cups of takeaway coffee, and chat all afternoon. The weather is very comfortable now. It’s newly opened. I’ll be given an upgrade to a room with a bathtub. My kids like it. It’s opposite the Helens headquarters. There’s also a hotel downstairs. It’s nice. , there are a lot of food nearby, I will come again next time!

The stay experience exceeded expectations! The room is spacious and bright, with complete smart devices and high-speed WiFi that is stable throughout the entire stay. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the freshly cooked noodles are super warm ~ The front desk service is enthusiastic and efficient, and even the invoice issuance is properly arranged. I will choose this place again on my next business trip!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at before. They provide free shuttle to Wuhan train station and the staffs are very helpful and polite. Breakfast is super good and delicious

The room is not big, just big enough to open the suitcase. The windows face the viaduct, and the sound insulation is not bad, with little impact. The hygiene details are not good, there is a lot of dust accumulation, and there is an inexplicable itching on the feet and calves after entering the room. I don't know if it is a psychological effect or a problem with the bedding.

With the help of Wyndham's super favorable geographical location, after staying for 2 nights, the children experienced ”Carrot” 3 times, ”Skyrail” 1 time, and ”Ham Sausage” 1 time (the name given by the children is actually a tram). After all, the ”Carrot” can be parked at the door of the hotel, and the ”Skyrail” is within 2 kilometers, which can be seen from the window of the hotel room. It perfectly realizes the ”purpose” of this trip, right? ! Thanks to Wyndham, the experience is perfect! As for the hardware, the hotel continues the consistent style and quality of Wyndham. In order to adapt to the high-tech of Konggu, the screen in the hotel lobby is also very technological, and the children are attracted as soon as they enter the door. Take-out robots are used throughout the process, and the curtains and toilets in the room are all intelligent, with a strong sense of modern technology integration.
