Wuhan Jiang'an District Hotels

It is very stuffy and hot inside the room because the hotel doesn't provide the air-condition.The location is very convenient and the breakfast tastes yummy.

The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

The ethos hotel is a great choice if you're planning a trip to wuhan! The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the ”Bund” area of wuhan. We spent two days walking around that area but barely scratched the surface. The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable, albeit fairly small with a bit of a 'wasted' tiny balcony area and a tiny bathroom. The breakfast was fairly limited in choices but there are some classic wuhan breakfast options on offer so you can get your fix of reganmian or doupi if you want. The options were limited but they were quite tasty and fresh. There is a laundry room and a gym, there's supposed to be an outer deck, but it seemed to be closed when we tried to go outside, a bit of a shame because we wanted to see the view. This hotel has an excellent location, convenient transportation, clean and tidy rooms and a very comfortable stay.The front desk staff has a good service attitude, initiative and enthusiasm to provide guests with a good stay experience. The hotel has complete facilities, and the cafeteria and free WiFi area meet our various needs. In addition, the hotel's catering service is also commendable, providing delicious local specialties and increasing the fun of staying.

We had a great time at this hotel. Located central to everything. Desk staff were nice and housekeeping did an excellent job of taking care of and cleaning the room daily. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the famous pedestrian street. We never ate at the hotel because food services by the hundreds were just across the street. Very happy with our stay here and would return again in the future. Wonderful.

Location: About 10min walk from the main jianghan pedestrian street. Very close to to top class spa if need massage after a long tiring day Facilities: As newly opened, facilities are new. Surprisingly, it comes with free washing machine and dryer at #5. Food: Couple of local food options around the hotel for quick bites. If walk for 5min, there is a food street and ”Da Pai Dang” behind the hotel Service: The lady reception manager with black suit is very customer centric, always providing patience and advisory from questions asked. She There is a customer service manager (grey suit) whom pro-actively asked for feedback and improvement. She also offered free coffee to us after understanding some positive feedback on facility improvement. Overall: Very satisfied with the consistent service and professionalism by Wanda

A very pleasant surprise, upgraded to a suite, with the warm spring sun shining through the window. The room was not cold at all, and the central air conditioner was very quiet. The facilities were all very new. The soundproofing was a bit poor, so I asked the hotel for earplugs. The service was very attentive, from pillows to aromatherapy. The breakfast was really a surprise, and after staying in many five-star hotels, I felt that this place was full of human touch.

The overall hygiene of the hotel is clean and tidy. This hotel is a newly opened store. The room hygiene is spotless. I am a person with a little bit of cleanliness, but I didn't find any hygiene problems. The hygiene should be given five points. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and there is free freshly ground coffee. It can be felt that the management of this hotel is great, and the staff are very enthusiastic to greet!

Service: Suitable for five stars. The front desk girl Luo is very enthusiastic. The lady in the breakfast room and the cleaning lady in the corridor are also warm and friendly. Environment: We seem to have upgraded the room because of points or membership. The 27th floor is a ladies' floor (or I forgot what it was called). In fact, it is not only for girls to stay, but the layout inside is friendly to girls. There are special hygiene products, curling irons 🈶 and Barbie pink robes. The room is very comfortable.

The place is really awesome in all the aspects. I regret why I haven't stayed longer. - Centered location near all the attractions in Wuhan ( Hankou Wuchang, Hangyang). - The building itself is a piece of art, I am a big fan or the republican style in China, I loved their furniture and decoration. - The stuff, very professional and helpful. The most hospitable crew that I have experienced - The room is very clean, fully equipped with the services you need. - The breakfast is yummy, it contains all Wuhan traditional food plus a lot lf extra stuff. - Prices are reasonable and even cheap compared to what you get I highly recommend staying there, and I will re do it for sure.
