Very pleased with our choice of this hotel. Beautifully decorated and perfect for photos everywhere. Even thought the front yard was a flower shop. Nice smell throughout the hotel. Room is spacious and well set up. Smart Control made things even easier. Glad that the bedroom lighting control is separate from the wash up area. Large window and large TV! Staff are all very polite. Expect them to greet you anywhere. Interesting to see a service robot riding the lift and running up and down the corridor. We haven’t tried the free laundry service but we found two arcade games in that area.  Highly recommend

Helpful staff at check in. Room was average size. Comfortable bed,with fresh linen each day. The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

The overall environment is good, with various books placed in the lounge area, and the atmosphere is relatively comfortable and quiet. The room has good lighting, comfortable bedding, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The location is also very convenient. There is a subway at the doorstep of the hotel, and it only takes about 40 minutes to get to the high-speed rail station. It passes through various stations, and there are many snacks and large supermarkets around, which is a good choice for travel. It is only two or three stops away from Dream Mall and SKP, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the Yellow Crane Tower. When you get to the Yellow Crane Tower, you will reach the Yangtze River Bridge, which is very close. When checking out, HS gave us a souvenir, a piece of cherry blossom cake, and a bookmark. This kind of cultural creation is really meaningful. Shanshan knew that we were going to Donghu and recommended a tour. She was warm and thoughtful. If a friend comes to recommend it, let Shanshan arrange the reception. It's pretty good. Goodbye Wuhan

The service is particularly good, it is also very clean, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The front desk clerk Lili is very enthusiastic, the clerk is warm and thoughtful, the hotel environment is good, the service is in place and it is very quiet. Needless to say, there are self-service drum washing machines and dryers, which can be very convenient for changing clothes.

The location is good. The subway station is part of the small orange commercial building in Shouyili. Parking is convenient. You can see it by turning left on the right side of the commercial building. The soft furnishings in the room are very nice and the design style is young. The guest rooms, restaurants and gyms are all on the third floor. There is also a small courtyard with a great environment on the third floor. The surrounding area is a residential area. There is also a vegetable market and breakfast shop not far away, which is very convenient for shopping. A small gift was given when leaving the store, which is very cute.

my first hotel as solo traveller! I love staying here as the workers are friendly and helpful whenever I asked for advices. The place itself is quite cozy and I don't have any concerns when staying here. The place is quiet and not much noises going around. Despite having inconvenient distance from the metro, but there is a bus stop nearby (well, I used taxi to get here from the airport) and when I was carrying my big luggage, it is quite inconvenient for me to walk that far to the metro, but it was a pleasant walk from my meal and to explore nearby buildings and people more though, so overall it was great experience. There is a hanfu (Chinese traditional clothes) to try for free so don't forget to try them!

Donghu Hotel is so beautiful, with a beautiful environment and warm service. The East Gate is very close to the Provincial Museum and can be reached on foot. I visited Chairman Mao's former residence in the hotel with respect and felt the leader's patriotism. The hotel staff, whether it is the front desk, lobby, housekeeper, battery car driver, or even the doorman in the message room, all greeted us with a smile, were full of enthusiasm for their work, took the initiative to introduce all aspects of the hotel, solved our problems, and made us feel like spring breeze. Although the facilities in the hotel room are not the most advanced and the decoration time is a bit old, the flaws do not cover the merits, and all 5 points are praised. In particular, I would like to thank Li Zuoqun, the housekeeper of Nanshan Yisuo, for his excellent service. The hotel's breakfast is also very good, and you can eat many Wuhan snacks. We have ended our journey, but we are looking forward to coming to Wuhan next time and staying at Donghu Hotel again.

Family travel, very close to the Yellow Crane Tower, convenient for travel. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the facilities are very complete, and the bathroom is reasonably separated into dry and wet areas.
