Wuhan Hotels with Airport pickup service

The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

They take a 600yuan fee when you get there (just so you know. It is not advertised anywhere). Staff is very friendly and nice and everything is clean. There are two “Lady Floors” in the hotel. Breakfast is correct, if you are looking for nice toasts, it is not the place. The rest is ok. The location is really nice, it is a short walk to the river and then you walk around the park. Actually, it may be the best part of this hotel! It was a nice stay, but I wouldn’t repeat, the “vibe” of is not my style.

It is very stuffy and hot inside the room because the hotel doesn't provide the air-condition.The location is very convenient and the breakfast tastes yummy.

Hotel is great and location is good. A lot of foo around and near to shopping area. Room is very clean and we are surprised with the projector in the room to watch TV shows, very big and sharp image. Bed is very comfortable. Overall everything is good and must eat dinner at their restaurant at level 8. Food is tasty and a waitress there, sorry i forgot your name, is very helpful and recommend nice food. Very patient and nice to help me to order food when i could only speak very basic mandarin

The hotel is very close to Hongshan Square subway station, which is only a five-minute walk away. The transportation is very convenient. The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. The check-in and check-out process is very smooth. It can be seen that the hotel is a bit old, but it has also been renovated. The hardware facilities in the room are quite complete. Overall, it is still a very good standard! If there are any shortcomings, I feel that the air conditioning in the room is not so easy to use, and the cooling effect is a bit poor. In short, it is a very good hotel with a high cost performance and is worth recommending.

Good location downtown and close to MixC shopping centre. Hotel itself is a bit 90s in style and could do with an update/refresh but has been kept in pretty good condition considering. Room clean enough and very spacious. Breakfast was underwhelming, with fairly limited options for a five star hotel. Service decent.

This is our first trip to Wuhan and mainly for visiting relatives who live in Wuhan. Our first impression at Sheraton hotel is good. Started with the bell boy who greet us when we arrived at the hotel and help us with our big luggage. We have left one parcel at the taxi without notice. After we checked in the hotel we then realised that the parcel was left at the taxi. The concierge by the name of Owmen Zhou(周星驰）who is very kind and help us to call the taxi company to locate the taxi driver who drop us at the hotel and informed him to return the parcel to us ASAP and really appreciate his services and kindness. He did extra-miles to ensure we received our parcel on-time. in addition, he also introduced us the exhibition that the hotel have co-joined with the Wuhan museum to show case the impression of Wuhan city which gave us some insight of the Wuhan City. Even the house-keeper who are very kind and did a good job for the room. In general, we have good impression about this hotel and we strongly recommend to our friends who want to stay at Wuhan. Once again, a big thank you to the staffs at Sheraton hotel and make our stay at Sheraton a very pleasant one ! will come back again next time.

Near hankou train and mrt station, don't book if use taxi, it won't benefit you. Allow late check out till 4pm, this is good for travellers who catch night flight. But the cleaning department staff will go into your room without acknowledge, luckily I did put on the lock cos I didn't close my shower door. Front desk is somehow helpful and polite View from my room, therefore I can only keep the curtain off all the time

This is the first time we came to Wuhan and we received great hospitality from this hotel. The hotel is clean with great amenities and I want specially thanks Miyan Dang and Thomas Tang for helping us to order Mei Tuan. We are both foreigner and basically we cannot order any food via the Mei Tuan app. Thanks to both the Westin staffs for helping us to order our dinner and branch and send up to our room. They even let us extend our room until 2pm instead of normal check out time.

Very nice and good service, located well for my visit. I did think it was odd that you need a room key to use the lobby bathroom, which was actually an issue when I met my friend for tea and he needed to use it, and then again, after I checked out, before I made the long journey to the airport.
