The location is great , the service is really nice . The owner was really friendly and helpful . They even dropped us to airport for free.

The description said its 5 minutes away from the Airport but it was more than 15 mins away. We had requested airport pickup but nobody came to pick us up from the airport so had to pay taxi and get there. They didnot know a single word of English and it was very hard to communicate.

It's close to the airport, though located in a countryside area. It's a cheap hotel with basic service, though not bad.

I was honestly impressed when I saw the room it was clean, nice and simple I was enjoyed my stay there and they provided free transportation to the airport which is part of the services they provided

I really appreciate the help I got from this hotel. I left my phone on the shuttle to the airport. The driver found it and went back to the airport looking for me. He was sweated and so released when he found me and returned the phone. I am so grateful. In addition, the waiting time for pickup is very reasonable. I haven't been back China for 4 years. All of the hotel staff are so patient answering all of my questions which may sound stupid to them.

This hotel was booked with Ctrip and a wine package, because the details said that it can provide a pick-up or drop-off at the airport. I booked this hotel in order to make it easier to go to the airport the next day. The ratings were pretty good, but the result was not good at all. The hotel is not even a farmhouse. It is surrounded by farmland. It is a small single-family house built by local residents. Every household uses its unoccupied rooms as a hotel. When we took a taxi, the driver was curious as to how he could book such a place to stay. Among the surrounding farmhouses, this house is considered a relatively well-renovated house. The surrounding area is indeed deserted, there is no supermarket, and takeaways are not available. I only found a nearby farmhouse to deliver a breakfast. I originally wanted to make it convenient to go to the airport, but it was not just a matter of making a reservation one day in advance as stated in the details. My personal experience was that the store said that the airport could only be dropped off at 6.8.10 in the morning. For me, the time was either too early or too rushed. Afterwards, we negotiated for a long time. , the store promised to send her off to the airport with other customers at 9 o'clock. Let’s talk about the room, it’s really shocking! I don’t know how Ctrip negotiated the room with the store. As you can see from the picture, the house only has three floors, and Ctrip customers are given rooms on the fourth floor with tents. The most terrible thing is that there is no elevator, all because of flying. In a place where I just came to stay, you can only carry large checked luggage up to the fourth floor by hand, and then carry it down to the fourth floor when you leave. I don’t know how many guests are willing to come back to exercise after traveling. I took a panoramic picture. The store uses pulleys to transport hotel supplies. I had no choice but to negotiate with the store for a room on the ground floor or the second floor. In the end, they asked me to increase the price, and they paid the difference and got a room on the second floor. The free upgrade room type in the hotel details was not true, so I wanted to find a better room. I accepted it even if I had to make up some money. I don't know if it is the store's spare room. There is a musty smell when I open the door. The door lock is broken, the quilt cover is not clean, the telephone is moldy, the shower room floor drain does not leak water, and the partition does not block water. When I take a shower, the water leaks out. It all leaked out. Fortunately, the floor drain under the sink was okay, otherwise the water might have spread to the room. It was getting late and I didn’t want to move to the fourth floor, so I planned to make do with it for one night. To be honest, the bed was quite big and the mattress was comfortable. But what was worse than just one night was the noise from the air conditioner. The small wind cooling could not maintain the room temperature. Wuhan was very hot in July. , the wind noise is about 60-70 decibels, which is equivalent to the sound of walking in the downtown area, as shown in the picture, so it lasted until dawn. Fortunately, the store owner has a good attitude and is eager to help with moving large luggage. It is hoped that Ctrip will, in line with its original intention of being responsible for its customers, screen out service providers and provide benchmarking and matching services to different service groups.
