Primus Hotel Wuhan Hannan

This stay was beyond my expectations! The location was a huge plus—it's only a 15-minute walk from Xiezihe Subway Station. The front desk representative, Hu Yanyan, was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering numerous recommendations for things to do and eat in Wuhan. Check-in was super fast, with welcome tea and reminders of the elevator location and breakfast times. Check-out was also very efficient. The first thing I noticed when I entered the room was its cleanliness! The bedding was soft and incredibly comfortable, the hot water was a consistent temperature, and the air conditioning was quiet, allowing for a deep sleep. The bathroom was odorless, the toiletries were high-quality, and even the hair dryer was powerful. Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay. The robot in the lobby is hilarious, seemingly named Little Leopard, and you can play with it if you're here. This hotel offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wuhan, and I've already recommended it to friends!

There are a lot of bad things. The curtains are broken, the robot doesn't deliver food, and the breakfast fruit has a strange smell.

The overall cost performance is high, the hotel is beautiful, European-style architecture, elegant environment, beautiful gardens, good service experience, convenient transportation, convenient parking, large parking lot, and free, thumbs up. The Internet speed is fast. The bedding is very comfortable and the cleaning is very clean and tidy. Went to a Chinese restaurant for dinner. The environment was very nice, there were promotions and the price was high. The hotel's facilities are complete, and the rooms have small refrigerators, bathtubs, smart toilets, comfortable sofas, as well as supporting swimming pools, gyms, outdoor rabbit parks, etc. It was a very good stay experience and I will go there again.

I was upgraded to a suite, which was unexpected and touching. Thank you Xiao Xiao for your warm service. The only regret is that there is no Wuhan specialty snack tofu skin for breakfast, and it is too far from the city, making travel inconvenient. Everything else is pretty good.
