Free room upgrade, later wanted to change a room, the front desk staff, a high-value, good-voice girl name is English, very happy to change to a quieter room. I am very satisfied with the twin room. What needs to call the front desk during the stay, it will be done soon, all the staff are very gentle and courteous. The room is quite big, clean, cleaned every day, fast internet speed, convenient transportation, there is a Joy City around, quite a lot of food.

我家在武漢，閑着無聊想住一下武漢的酒店，這家酒店所有工作人員都特別有禮貌。房間非常乾淨，隔音很好，房裡啥都有，適合長住的人。唯一不滿意的地方是我住的那間房Wi-Fi太慢，用自己的流量立馬變得很快。酒店早餐種類不多，用餐區域很大，味道普普通通，不必有太大期望。這家酒店地理位置優越，有很多好吃的外賣可以選擇，離經開永旺夢樂城特別近，就幾百米的距離。總體而言，值得選擇。

The room is very good. I planned to come to Wuhan during the Chinese New Year and booked this hotel, but I didn't stay because of a change in the schedule. This May Day trip with my family, I decisively chose this hotel. The hotel room is large, the facilities are clean and complete, exactly the same as shown in the pictures, the hotel service is very good, the details are in place, it must be a full five-star score. Although it is in Qingshan District, it is not far from the subway. There is Impression City nearby for shopping, which is very convenient. Enshi Street is to the south of the hotel. There is a beef noodle restaurant that is particularly delicious in the morning. It is recommended that friends who stay here can get up early and ride a bike to Qingshan River Beach for a morning run. The environment is very good! Staying here away from the hustle and bustle of the city is a very good choice. I will continue to stay here next time I come to Wuhan. Next time I recommend friends to stay here when they come to Wuhan for tourism. If you don’t take pictures of the hotel, you can refer to the promotional pictures. Very happy stay at this Hilton hotel. Rich breakfast mostly Chinese style. Extremely friendly staff, many thanks to receptionist Lulu 劉小璐 who helped us booked cars with her phone. And the cook station staff called 何雄who served noodles and congee, eggs etc. I got sick and the front desk gentleman helped us got a taxi and told the driver which hospital to go. The room seemed brand new, roomy and had voice control. It was fun talking to the voice control 小度. Love this Hilton, highly recommended. Don’t trust other hotels that claimed to be 4 stars, only the brand names hotels in China are real 4 or 5 stars. Going to 黃鶴樓&東湖 & Wuhan 高鐵站only cost ＜US10. We found a really good restaurant close by called 𨫎小城故事 in an eatery area called 1911. Very nice decor upstairs and cheap price. You can walk there in 10 minutes. And there’s a 萬達廣場just further away. Took a taxi back only cost 10 Yuen.

I chose to stay in this hotel during my trip to Wuhan. The experience was very good! The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good. There are restaurants and fruit shops opposite. The service at the front desk is also very satisfactory. The requirements are basically met. The room is on a high floor, clean and sanitary, and the configuration is careful and complete. There is a sofa bed and a capsule coffee machine. The breakfast is also quite rich. Especially the distance to various train stations and tourist attractions is close, which is very convenient! I will come again next time!
