The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning—grand and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious first impression. It truly set the tone for a high-end experience.  However, the dining options at both the lunch and dinner restaurants felt somewhat limited. While the food quality was good, the menus could benefit from more variety to cater to different tastes and preferences.  Overall, the stay was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was top-notch. With a few more dining options, this hotel would be perfect! Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It was wonderful from start to finish. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and given fruits after check in. Even though some of them had limited English, their willingness to to help made it easy and enjoyable. It’s clear they prioritize guest satisfaction. The room were spacious, clean and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The room was warm at night. They had variety of breakfast, there was something for everyone. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Facilities: The hotel opened in March 2025, opposite Gate 3 of Terminal 2. You will see a signpost when your car approaches Terminal 2. The hotel is very new, and the facilities and layout are very good and very reasonable. Hygiene: Hygiene conditions are good. Service: The service was excellent, warm and professional. I mean it, they are very professional! When checking in, they would not blurt out some sensitive numbers when there are people around. This detail is amazing!
