Brilliant stay, excellent rooms. Clean and very old fashioned glam. Would recommend highly to anyone going to this city.

Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort. Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day. The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

Nice, cosy 3-star hotel in a central location of Wroclaw with great corridor interiors.

In fact, overall I think it is a very good hotel. The decoration of the room is very classic European style, but there are some small shortcomings that make me really angry! But I must admit that overall I am very satisfied because it is still very clean, the room is quite big, the location is good, and the Wi-Fi is very fast. 1. The attitude at the front desk is very bad. When I checked in last night, the boy didn't smile at all. He was impatient with my requests! I think that as a hotel, you should have the most basic service attitude when facing guests, and you should have the most basic smile between people, but he gave me the feeling that he hates this job at all. 2. There is no sound insulation between the rooms. In the room he gave me at the beginning, the two people next to me spoke very loudly. I could hear them clearly in the room. I asked to change rooms, but he ignored me. She said there was no way to change, but later I was aggressive and really got angry. I said I wanted to change rooms, so she gave me room 806. 3. You can basically hear the sound of the tram outside in the room, but it is quiet at night. The sound of the tram comes again the next morning. Fortunately, it is not serious.

Very conveniently located near the train station. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to reach the tourist attraction👍🏼

They kindly stored my luggage in the luggage storage room before check-in. It was close to the central station, so it was convenient for getting around. The room was warm and comfortable. There was no refrigerator or tissues, so I used toilet paper instead. Water was provided in the room as a service. It was carbonated water, but I was grateful. There was no on-site payment, so it was a very nice hotel. It was about a 20-minute walk to the Christmas market, but the location was easy to find and I was able to get there without any trouble.

We were very positively surprised by the hotel. The location is excellent, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and functional. Indeed, the decor may be old-fashioned for some, but it has its own atmosphere, things are not damaged and the rooms are very clean. A big plus was very nice service at the reception, a welcome drink, and when we wanted to use the luggage storage, we were offered an earlier check-in. I recommend!

Even though we confirmed by phone that the accommodation was booked with breakfast, it turned out that we had to pay extra for breakfast. The matter was supposed to be investigated, but no one bothered to do so, so we paid. There was mold in the bathroom /near the shower/. One elevator to serve 9 floors. You can hear tram traffic at night. I do not recommend.
