Clean room and friendly staff. It’s very recommended for those travelling families or friends.

I showed up a little early to checked in if the room was ready. The lady in the front desk it just went available which was really helpful since I have two young kids.

Good location, just 5 minutes walk to the Whistler village.

The hotel is within walking distance of the ski resort, and the hot chocolate provided every day from 3pm was soothing. Because we stayed in a condominium-style room, we bought some ingredients at the supermarket in Whistler Village and cooked a simple breakfast for ourselves. There was also a large dishwasher, which was convenient. There was also a coffee maker, so we were grateful to be able to have hot coffee first thing in the morning. The bed was comfortable and we slept soundly! This is a good value hotel that is also recommended for long-term stays.

The hotel is less than ten minutes' walk from the cable car. There is a free hotel bus in the morning. The rooms are older, but Whistler is not new, so the price/performance ratio is very good. The house has a full set of kitchen supplies, dishes, dishwasher, etc., which is very convenient. It also has a fireplace and balcony. There is a heated swimming pool but it is across the road from the hotel entrance.

It was located a 10-minute walk from Whistler Village, so it was very easy to get around. The hotel spa was really nice, and the interior of the hotel was clean and nice. However, I felt that the hotel was old, and when I checked out, there was a small mouse running in the hallway and a squeak. The interior of the room was clean, but the hallway felt old.
