The hotel was a safe haven from Hurricane Milton. The staff was extremely professional and helpful in a stressful situation with many evacuees checking in. Our suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again. Goodbye!

Currently staying for a pre-cruise stay!! So far an outstanding experience, thanks to Dejon!! From the moment I arrived, he was so welcoming. I arrived earlier than expected, and he went out of his way to accommodate my request for an early check-in (as a Gold member). He took the extra step to create a personalized welcome sign for my group, which was such a thoughtful touch. It really made us feel special and set the perfect tone. The hotel itself was lovely, with clean and comfortable accommodations, but it was the hospitality of Dejon that truly made this experience so much better!!
