West Jakarta Hotels with Airport pickup service

Loved the indonesian service! Booked a second room when I reached there for another family member and they gave us a free upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite! Rooms were pretty clean too:)

Comfortable hotel room, with comfortable beds. Aircon & wifi connection is good. A toothbrush & bottled water are provided. Very quiet room with nice city view. There is a huge mall, Ciputra Mall, beside the hotel. The entrance to the mall is at the lobby. There is a supermarket in the mall. Easy to get food. Need the hotel room card to enter the hotel from the mall. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast is awesome, with a wide variety. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Peninsula Hotel in West Jakarta, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The hotel’s location is strategically positioned, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a serene oasis in the bustling city. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night’s sleep, and the modern amenities, including a well-appointed bathroom and high-speed internet, met all my needs.

Generally very good hotel. Couple minor issues are air con is not cold enough in the room. Room is nice and big with great views from 16th floor. Pool is quite small but fine , very noisy though as main road outside it . Breakfast I enjoyed but juice bit watered down. Laundry was expensive. I think you can get 5 star for few euros more.

The location is the best in the North Jakarta. The big shopping malls next to hotel can provide everything you need. But the traffic is also horrible as weekends and peak hours. The room is big and good, but the toilet seems have problem. The disgusting smell keep going out as the exhaustion of the first toilet is very weak. I need keep closing the door and not using it. When I checked in, I’ve told my room is not yet ready, they offered me a free welcome drink at the coffee shop, that’s nice. But after one hour, no one ever come to inform me my room is ready or not. I got my room when I complaining which they should proactively inform the client.

Location is suitable for business travelers because not that far from airport and relatively easy access but not so for tourist because no major attraction nearby. Another negative side is not many restaurant and shopping mall within walking distance.

Hotel staffs are friendly, check in and check out very fast, location is good.

The location of the hotel is superb. It’s right at the centre of the old town. We have booked four rooms for our stay. The other three rooms were perfectly fine. Just that my room has a lot of cockroaches. But the hotel staff swiftly changed a room for me.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, though the space is somewhat limited. It is a popular choice for Indonesian pilgrims, especially during the Hajj season. The food is good, but the variety is limited; however, it is reasonable considering the price. Additionally, the receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
