A very comfortable place to relax with your couple, also it's a good stop for your business trip, very recommend.

Everything is good. But need to improve on the breakfast menu. All vegetable item and only 1 item of meat (either fish or chicken).

Stayed for 10 days here. Unlike my previous experience last year with this hotel, this time the experience had been nothing but amazing. I like the fact that it’s located beside the mall and close to the bigger malls like Central Park. Staff has been always wonderful here. The room was also clean and great, but I think my room was upgraded to executive queen room. Appreciate the management who’ve been continuously improving the hotel experience. Definitely going to visit again on my stay at Jakarta.

Nice stay overall. Location is strategic. The bathroom in the normal deluxe room was a bit old (bathtub only shower), so we requested for an upgrade to grand premium room which had a proper shower room. But, it was pleasant. The reception desks were all very attentive and responsible.

The bathroom floor is always wet and quite dangerous. Breakfast is delicious, and the variety is generous. The room A/c borderline freezing. 7/10 plus another point for connecting directly to the mall

I had a great experience staying at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta. The location is very convenient—right next to Mall Ciputra and close to many restaurants, shops, and public transportation options. It’s perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

Old hotel but well maintain, all good!

What we like 1. Hotel connected to mall. Convenience to food snacks toiletries and groceries 2. Room is clean and spacious What we don’t like 1. Shower water at 8th floor was not hot just lukewarm. But after we were move to 16th floor, all is good 2. We were asked to moved to 16th floor due to lighting maintenance/fixtures. The reception called us many times asking us if we want to move rooms without telling the reason. Only when I ask “why do u keep asking us to move?”, then only they tell the real reason. I would appreciate to have 1 call with proper explanation, and their proposal. Photo attached is just my girl sowing her homework in the room 😀

Room 1727. Most lights not working. The one at bedside, pantry not working at all. Shower tap nozzle cannot adjust spray. We have been staying here for 3rd times whenever we are in Jarkarta. Room. 1207 bathtub anti slip mat and shower curtains stained and dirty. Towels have damped smell. Doors handles stiff. Hard to open

Good breakfast and verity choice

The hotel is old, service also normal. The good things is the hotel is combine with shopping mall, you can get whatever you want.

It is an old hotel but I think the maintenance is satisfactory. Great service, great breakfast (hotel takes the trouble to change the menu every day. I dont get tired eating the breakfast!). Hotel is connected to mall and it is very convenient for the hotel guests. There are many stores and shops with reasonable and high-end price in the mall. Great variety of foods are available too. Convenient store (Farmer's Market) opens from 8am to 10pm. That is superb!
