Best Western Plus West Covina Inn Reviews

Location is just off the freeway and easy enough to get to. Staff at the front desk are typically friendly. Decent amount of parking. No restaurant on site. You have to leave the premises to get dinner. That said if you need a clean room to stay a night or two, this hotel fits the bill.

Not so bad , but the gym close so early, if the gym open 24hours then will be the best , good breakfast

BW WEST COVINA was the perfect spot for us, being in the middle of where we want to go. As a family traveler, it was welcome news to find out that there's Walmart, Target and others within 1 km walking distance, Denny's and others are at the back with 250 m walking distance. There's nearby, walkable places to dine, shop and other tourist things that can be done. The BEST THING of course is the hotel front desk is very hospitable, helpful and considerate. Mr. Martin, specially made our stay there comfortable, stress free, easy and fun. Thank you Mr. Martin. They accommodated my request to store my luggage's while we were on a Bus Tour, checking In and Out was a breeze. Breakfast is free and always filled up by the gracious lady in charge. The place is very clean and tidy. The room given us was large and comfortable for the four of us, cleaned and tidied everyday. Thank you BW West Covina Management & Staff, i would like to stay there again when we come back. Photo -Lobby with the newly erected Christmas Tree!

Coming from California, I passed by this hotel. It's close to the highway, the air conditioner is quiet, the breakfast is standard, the hygiene is good, the service is also good, there is an underground parking lot, I'm quite satisfied with it.

The service is meticulous and the staff is very enthusiastic. The waiters during breakfast are especially worthy of praise. The location is also good, close to the Freeway, and there are all kinds of food around. Gas stations and fast food restaurants are all within 300-500 meters. It is worth a thumbs up and recommendation!

The room is spacious, bright, clean and sanitary, with convenient transportation and parking. There are two room services every morning and afternoon to ensure the cleanliness of the room. You can choose free coffee or chat with friends in the coffee bar downstairs. The only drawback is that the breakfast variety is too monotonous and scarce, and there are not many to suit the taste of Chinese people.

The hotel is right next to the highway, convenient for travel, and next to IKEA. The lobby is clean and spacious, and the breakfast is simple. The room is a bit old, but clean and suitable for family travel. There are many restaurants around the hotel, most of which are opened by Peruvians, and the taste is good.

There is no power socket at the bedside. It is behind the bedside table and far from the bed. Only the one on the left side can be used. After charging, the data cable easily falls behind the bedside table. I couldn't find it when I checked out. Don't ask me how I know. There is no microwave. Other hotels have them.

The space is clean, but a little small, the bed is too soft, and it's acceptable for one night stay
