The way the staff treated me as a customer was truly outstanding, making me feel valued and appreciated every step of the way. The services, installations, and facilities were immaculately clean and maintained to the highest standards. The room itself was a perfect combination of comfort and elegance, offering a breathtaking view of the cityscape. The breakfast was nothing short of exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location proved extremely convenient for exploring the downtown area on foot. Overall, the Sheraton Wenzhou is an outstanding hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.

I booked this hotel because my mother was having a banquet here. The hotel is pretty old but it’s one of the first grand hotels back in the day. It used to be 5 stars decades ago but now it’s getting a little ragged. The banquet hall and the food they served was nice though. I would recommend this hotel to older traditional Chinese couples. Younger couples may not like this hotel. The location is good though and it’s very easy to get a taxi in Wenzhou.

This is a treasure hotel that we discovered by accident on the way home. It was already past eight o'clock when we arrived in the evening. The very gentle receptionist saw that we were tired from the journey and quickly upgraded our room. The hotel has a grand layout, is very clean, and is very comfortable to stay in.

Helpful and very courteous staff overall. Good amenities incl. a very spacious swimming pool. I stayed in one of the main towers, well kept rooms and good amenities. A view from the window showed the villas -the pools were dead dry and villas not painted (probably up for a renovation?) Breakfast was simple enough with decent choices , however could be expanded to include further western cuisine Attended a wedding at the venue. There the service of the staff were miserable. I had to keep a watch on my shoulders that they don’t drop the dishes on my shoulder. On one occasion the whole fruit bowl landed on top of the plate with desserts with the dessert still on them.

The location is set against the river and and very picturesque with a park like atmosphere. Not much to do at night. Rooms were great and fairly confortable. Keep it up. Will recommend to anyone for the good location.

A typical chinese event Hotel - not really worth the name Airport Hotel - this is expected to have a short distance to the airport - but this Hotel is far away from airport. offering a shuttle service - last bus is at 7:30 pm - as I aerrived at 7:45 in front of the airport - all was gone. Stay in a clean well serviced Hotel. For a nicht it is very very ok. Jan

This hotel was amazing. The staff there are simply the best and very accommodating to my requests while there. I had my laundry done and forgot to mention I need extra soap since they were gym clothes 😬. So they gave me a hand written letter and a stuffed animal as an apology even though it was my fault for not mentioning it. They have a solid breakfast, and it’s close to a lot of great restaurants (I recommend 最爱妈妈菜). Will definitely be staying here again!

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. I have chosen different room types every time and found that each room type is quite good, clean and quiet. Parking at the hotel is very convenient, with parking at the front and back. You can park in front of the hotel and notify the front desk to open the gate. The hotel is equipped with a robot to deliver groceries, which is very convenient for ordering takeaways. There is also a room delivery service. It is very convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. It is worth recommending!

I booked this hotel to see Joker Xue. The location is good, just opposite the Olympic Stadium, very, very close. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic, and the government also prepared snacks, which was great. The children were very happy. The main S1 light rail is directly accessible, so convenient. I didn't know about the light rail when I came here. Taking a taxi from the train station cost 99 yuan, and it felt like it took a long time. Go back to the hotel and come out for S1, 9 yuan per person. It's so convenient
