Popular Wenzhou 4-star Hotels

The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. The location of the hotel is also convenient if you’re traveling with kids coz there are theme park and ocean world aquarium to walk around and play nearby. Aside from the convenience Store, pizza hut, watsons, and kfc we also see 2 coffee shops around the area. The staffs are helpful and friendly which is for me a huge factor during our stay. They tried to attend our requests and needs fast and efficient.

On the day of check-in, there were many newlyweds getting married in the hotel. The first impression was that the hotel was great and the service staff were very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I asked about fun and delicious places in the surrounding area. A staff member named Meng Mei at the front desk responded patiently. It's an old hotel, but it's clean, comfortable, and convenient for transportation. It also provides free drinks. I would also like to recommend a nearby meat shop, which is surprisingly delicious.

The service is excellent, and the various facilities are also good, including massage chairs and smart toilets. Overall, it is still great. There are ice cream, sweet potatoes, ice water, coffee, etc. The staff are also very enthusiastic. The gym is a bit stuffy, but everything else is good. I am quite satisfied with it. Big room was nice, and higher floor with great view. Pedestrian walkway from the high speed train station, so easy to just roll your luggage to the hotel. Only issue is that the safe in the room was not bolted down (someone could just walk off with it). Hot water, A/C, Wi-Fi, etc. all worked great. Buffet breakfast was phenomenal. Plenty of shops, restaurants, amenities, etc. within walking distance of hotel. I would stay here again next time.

Hotel gave us two pillows each for each guest for the first day. Then took away one each next day. They came to clean our room even though our do not disturb light was on. The room was las very small. Other than that it was fine. Front desk was helpful.

Bring your children and book a parent-child room. It's a pity that there is no slide, but the experience is very good because the service is very good. I read that I need to ask the front desk for it, but I was too lazy to ask for it because there is construction in front of the hotel. It was a little noisy in the morning. The breakfast was rich, but there was no wonton that I like. It was the first time I encountered glutinous rice in the hotel in the morning. It looked good, but I didn't try it. There was water on the table at the elevator entrance, which was very good. If I have the opportunity to go to Wenzhou again in the future, I will still choose this hotel.

Service: Checked in early in the morning, and the order showed that diamond members have room upgrade rights. The front desk was impatient and said that the executive double room booked was already the highest level and could not be upgraded. The order clearly stated room upgrade! Since it was too late and I didn’t want to say more, I agreed not to upgrade my room and stated that I would confirm with Ctrip later what happened. Then the front desk's attitude changed again... and they were promoted again! Hygiene: The carpet is very dirty. The soles of the children's feet are black when they run around barefoot, and the stains on the carpet are obvious. Advantages: The transportation is convenient. It takes ten minutes to get there from the expressway. I was planning to stay overnight. The breakfast is small and complete, and there is hot soup noodles. It is recommended to strengthen staff training. The battle due to check-in issues in the middle of the night is really terrible.
