Aijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @

I brought my parents to Wenchang for a trip and booked a loft room in this hotel. The room is large and can accommodate four people. It has a bathroom and a balcony on both the upper and lower floors. It was very clean, the beds were neat and dry, and the living environment was very good. Ella added me on WeChat early in the morning and recommended nearby food, drinks and entertainment activities to me. She was very warm and thoughtful. The hotel is convenient to nearby attractions and has a good location. Very good stay experience.

Fairly good location cos it’s centralized but anywhere in city you can always order food. Pls note there is no daily housekeeping. They only do the minimum eg clear ur bins, change towels and clean the toilets. The bed is unmade and the room itself (apart from toilet) is left as is. The aircon is also very difficult to control. The hotel also does not have a weighing machine for ur baggage. Apart from these we had a good stay as the room is big and has no smell.

Secondly, there is no refrigerator in the room (Hainan's summer is so hot, I can't ice things), there is no drying rack on the balcony, no screen windows (the whole family has been bitten, the electric mosquito coil in the house does not work), the moisture and musty smell in the house are too heavy, you need to open the balcony door to ventilate, it is estimated that a lot of mosquitoes have come in. If you don't ventilate, you feel that the mold is sucked into your lungs all night. And the swimming pool advertised on the page can't be used at all, it's all dirty water, the front desk said that ”people” do not use it, I don't know who it is, the nearby community has a swimming pool and a refrigerator, and the price is half the price of the hotel. But the location is really good, the bedding is not bad, although the table and chairs have mildew. For family travel, this room type has a bed where the child sleeps by himself, and it is more comfortable to sleep.

Conveniently locate and easy access to amenities. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is very dated. Though the bedroom was decently clean, the bathroom was a mess. It had stain marks all over the walls. The groutings in the shower cubicle had mild dew stains and so was the anti-slip bath mat. It is definitely not fit to be used. The foldable wooden windows above the wash basin had rotted and the paint was coming off. Coordination between front office and dining room staff was poor resulting in me being questioned about my eligibility to have breakfast. A moment of embarrassment. However the manager apologised and sent us a complimentary fruit platter and a pot tea.

There are relatively few hotel options in Wenchang, especially during the satellite launch period. Because I was stuck in Longlou Town, I was forced to temporarily choose Yunju Hotel. It is very expensive, and the price is almost unreasonable. The hotel is on the 4th floor of a commercial and residential building with a small balcony. There is very little drinking water in the room. The advantage is that the dry and wet are separated. The room is a space-themed room. The intelligence is just a decoration, and Xiaodu can't be used for anything. The breakfast is even worse. There is almost nothing to eat, but the hygiene is still okay. There are no fried eggs, no coffee, and the salad doesn't even have sauce. The waiter didn't respond when asked. There are no supporting facilities around. There are 2 restaurants, which are extremely dirty, just the level of cooking the food. Maybe it's closer to bring children to the beach in summer. This is the worst accommodation experience I have had in decades of Ctrip orders. This room rate is super worthless. It's not convenient to watch the satellite launch!
