She even helped us book the high speed rail tickets together with her colleague Mindy and reminded me gently to check out on time to catch the train. Kudos to Anni and Mindy!

The problems encountered during the stay were also solved well, and the follow-up was also in place. The maintenance of various facilities is also good. The lobby is elegantly decorated. There will be welcome tea for guests to drink at the front desk every day. The breakfast content is also very rich. The noodle soup is delicious and recommended. There are some third-party motorboats on the beach, and the beach car charges are also cheap. There is also a large library in Building A. There is a children's playground next to it for children to play. There will be some electric ones in it so that children will not be bored. I will choose this hotel to stay next time

Although there are large-scale meetings and reception tasks, the hotel is in a well-organized overall, the staff service is better, and the restaurant meal time is also delayed, which is very user-friendly! Staff are patient every time they handle extra meals at the entrance of the restaurant. I don’t know if others have found that the restaurant waiter has a young guy with glasses, his face is a bit round, he looks up to 20 years old, he is a super substitute, he can quickly find out if the guests have difficulties and need help, not much words, but do practical things, and very hearty, At the end of March, my child asked him to help him get a straw. When he checked in for dinner a week later, he took the initiative to ask if he needed a straw. Really caring, very hard at work! The hotel is very special, the room is very special, there is a parking lot next to the hotel, there are a lot of food around, it is convenient to travel, that is, the next morning, go out to eat breakfast, go back to the hotel door can not be opened, and it is not mine, there are others There is also this problem, it’s okay to run a trip. The elevator is one step, very slow, waiting a bit anxious

There are coconut trees downstairs of the hotel, parking spaces, many places to eat nearby, a popular morning tea shop, and a fruit market. The shop owner said that the room type was upgraded. When I moved in, I saw a small hall with a corridor and dim lights. The signal was not good because it was separated by the bathroom, so it was almost useless. The balcony was quite large and it was quite comfortable to sit on when it was cool.

It looks like a nice big hotel. Decorations are old fashioned and sort of typical for these kind of hotels. They provided free slippers, tooth brush, comb and water. The location is ok. It's around 3km away from the old street. The only big downside for this hotel is bad smell everywhere - corridors, rooms, towels. I kept my suitcase closed so that my clothes wouldn't get the smell. All hotel smells like mold and cigarettes mix (although I couldn't see any mold). I kept my balcony open the whole night so it wasn't that bad. I got reminded of the smell when leaving the room for checkout.

Very good hotel, although it is the first time, but gave me a deep impression, the hotel staff are very warm and attentive, the room arrangement is very quiet, check-in and check-out are very fast, I hope to stay again next time to have time to take a few pictures. Super OK.

房間環境非常的舒適，南北通透，可以看到海景，也可以看到遠園景，試住一天後又連續續住了4天。建議一家老小如果需要2室1廳的話，優先考慮這個房子。價格實惠，離海近，海鮮市場也近。絕對是自駕車入駐的首選。已經和父母商量過年期間考慮來文昌租住這一套房子。

All good. Room is clean and spacious enough for family of 6. The only downside is time taken waiting for lift. Waited for a good 15mins to go from our room to the lobby. 3 lifts to serve many rooms for 20 levels and 1 lift broke down are simply too laggy. But enjoyed our trip in Wenchang!
