The location is good. Easy walking distance to the interests spots in the city. The breakfast is good.

Room has no screens and no control for air conditioning. Lobby has no toilet. Carpark is confusing for new guests to find the 15-minute unloading spot and we heard other guests got ticketed by the carpark for parking in the wrong spots. Location is very convenient to CBD.

Only a 2 day stopover but completely enjoyed it. Love the cultural experience enhanced by very friendly and helpful locals.

We enjoy the view and the breakfast also.

Room a bit dusty. Friendly receptionist but maybe new and a little nervous waiters in the restaurant. Lovely food and breakfast

So clean loved that. They also kept up with the room cleaning daily appreciated that. Friendly staff service except the one young guy that didn't seem to know anything useful..will be coming back again definitely so close to everything. The hotel restaurant though is not so impressive I wouldn't recommend the pasta was overcooked and tasted like tin spaghetti the breakfast was mid not very flavorful considering the prices. But very nice hotel I will be back .

The hotel is in the prime location of Wellington and right next to the cable car. The room is clean and people are friendly.

The customer service team was very helpful & concerned our safety. We were five ppl and booked 2 rooms. They have us a set rooms, two rooms together and outside had another door, felt very secure. We arrived at 2:00am there was still a staff helping us to check in. Very thoughtful

Very happy with this hotel it was clean and comfortable service was excellent especially the lady who booked us in she was brilliant breakfast was nice good amount of variety and kept well stocked would definitely stay there again and recommend to others

We loved our stay at Travelodge. It was very clean, comfortable and the lady at the reception super friendly. We asked for a quiet room and our request was respected. The price is reasonable and it's very close to the city center. Everything was perfect and smooth! I would defininately recommend it!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The central location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, water front, the cable car, Te Papa Museums, and the lively Cuba Street. The airport express bus station is also just a few minutes away, which is super convenient. However, I did encounter a few issues. The room had two single beds, but their legs weren’t lockable, so we had to use boxes and furniture stop them from moving. Additionally, there are quite a few steps to reach the front entrance. While there’s an escalator next door to bypass the steps during the day, accessing the hotel can be challenging with luggage when access to the escalator is closed after work. One noteworthy experience was a fire evacuation around 2 AM. Thankfully, the fire exit process worked very smoothly, and we were safely evacuated without any issues. Luckily, it wasn't raining, which made the situation a bit easier. Despite these inconveniences, the room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and cleanliness. We will definitely return.
