Very clean very helpful staff, quick check in and great breakfast

All in all, the service was great. All of their staffs are very kind and are ready to assist me to everything that I need, specially Ms. Haixia. It is my second time staying here and the experience is getting better and better. Thanks again.

Excellent hotel located 10 minutes walk from the seaside. Superb staff who provided suggestions and assistance throughout my trip. A staff member accompanied me to my room and another staff member delivered welcome fruit and snacks to my room upon arrival. I haven't experienced this in any other hotel. Hotel is spotless. I will stay here again on my return to Weihai.

It's really a great hotel. I've never stayed in such a great hotel. We booked a deluxe business twin room. How could it be so big? The hotel environment is also very good and large. The most important thing is that the service is really amazing. The lady will help you deliver your luggage to the room. When you take a taxi, she will open the car door for you. Oh my god, it's so considerate. The breakfast is also delicious.

💕This trip to Weihai was simply amazing. Mr. Xu Degeng at the front desk communicated the arrival time by phone, and the room was arranged very well. The breakfast arranged for the airport drop-off was also perfect and the service was thoughtful! 🌟I must praise the suite butler service. Ms. Zhang Haixia is really a gold medal butler. The service is comprehensive, enthusiastic and meticulous! Because it was very late on the first day and I was not feeling well, she personally arranged breakfast in the room. 🌹Ms. Zhang Haixia, the gold medal butler, sent the red panda and crushed ice blue flowers, which were really very, very perfect. When I encountered anything and needed help, I found her and she could always solve it in the first time. 💥She not only helped me arrange the chartered car and airport drop-off for the tour. She was also very meticulous in various details. In a blizzard in Weihai, she prepared the hot packs and ginger tea in advance! It is convenient to order takeout, and a small robot will deliver it to the room. The hotel provides pick-up service from Weihai Station: the car was ready in advance for the pick-up, and coffee was also prepared. The room facilities were average, and the air conditioning had problems with heating. I changed rooms in the middle of the night. The personal housekeeper, Sister Haixia, was super nice. She added WeChat and provided a tourist map of Weihai. I mentioned that I wanted to watch the sunrise, and she also prepared a hot pack for me. So thoughtful!
