Double charged destination fee and refused to refund

The hotel has a good location in DC. We spent four days in the hotel, and we explored the central part of DC (National Hall, Washington Monument, White House, Capitol Hill, and many Smithsonian Museums) by walk (all less than 30-minute walk, which is reasonable) most of the daytimes. The front desk ladies were welcoming and friendly. One thing deserves to be complained about is that the soundproofing of the hotel was not good. We hear nextdoor’s customers talking and street car sirens. But our overall experience is good.

Central location, clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff.

It is very close to an exit of the subway station, and there is a direct elevator, which is very convenient for large luggage to go up and down. It is also not far from famous attractions, such as the Obelisk, Dome Mountain, and the White House.

The paid breakfast is delicious. The hotel's service is online. Very good.

It's OK, the transportation is convenient and the bed is big.

The service attitude of the receptionist at the counter was very poor. The room was very large and the soundproofing was not good. The door was being renovated when we entered.

The hotel is just outside the subway. It is very convenient to go to the airport and train station. relatively new. The pattern is very good. Catch up on first floor renovations. The gym is not open. Sound insulation is good. Can't hear it at all. Walking distance to Lincoln Park and Capitol Hill.

very nice! The location is very convenient, but it's a pity that the swimming pool is not available for repairs on weekends, but everything else is fine! The front desk staff are very enthusiastic!

It was ok to stay at the hotel :) It's an old hotel, but it seemed well-maintained and it was clean. It would be nice to stay at this hotel for those who value security and location

Very well located to visit the monuments. Clean and the gym is fine. It doesn't have a restaurant, it's more like a bar, which I didn't like, and the only bathroom in the hall has a security code.
