Homewood Suites by Hilton Hotels in Washington D.C.

The room is spacious and even has a kitchen, although the fittings are a bit dated. Overall clean and homely feel though. The free breakfast is great - lots of options and well cooked. This is a very decent hotel for the price, if you don’t mind a bit of a walk from the nearest metro (around 8 mins) or if you have a car.

I attended a one-week conference in Washington D.C. and wanted to book a hotel with a reasonable price at a walking distance to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Also, I wanted to book a hotel, which provided a breakfast included in the room price. Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington, D.C. Downtown hotel fulfilled these. The breakfast was good and there was free drinking water available for the guests, which was very good. The room (a suite) had a lot of space and a kitchen, which I liked. The hotel was also easy to reach from the Washington Dulles International Airport by metro and it was not far away from the White House and the Smithsonian Mall with all the sightseeing places and museums. I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Washington D.C. 

Facilities: 24-hour gym, room with kitchen Cleanliness: There are many drawers in the room, and the cleaning staff will miss the garbage left by the previous tenant. Environment: The surrounding environment is very good, 20 minutes' walk from the White House Service: The front desk service is very good, responsive to all requests, and luggage storage is free.

It was the best. I never felt uncomfortable during my 7-day stay. The staff was really friendly and answered my questions right away during the check-in/check-out process and during regular times. Also, the breakfast provided to guests was great, and it was nice that I could use the breakfast area even when it wasn't breakfast time. The gym was also well-maintained! The location is right in front of Navy Yard Station, and there are restaurants, marts, and cafes nearby. I want to visit again! Thank you!
