We chose the Hilton because of its location at DuPont Circle and proximity to the metro. It was perfect. Very clean and excellent service. We had a corner room with large windows and a nice view. We weren’t able to check in early and still have our chosen room but we left our luggage with the bell captain, parked and went off to explore on foot for awhile, taking the advice from a helpful front desk clerk for a nice place for lunch close by. Everything was close by. It worked out perfectly. The price of the hotel was excellent too which offset the cost of parking ($56/day) in the garage below where the car stayed for the whole trip. It was very easy to park and get back inside. The restaurants looked lovely but we didn’t eat there. There were just too many local choices and we were out walking most of the day. The bell captain was helpful in getting us a cab one cold evening when my Uber app was be working well. He went outside in the cold until he was able to hail one for us (comparable in price to the Uber we would’ve taken) Lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Downtown Washington
Stayed at the hotel for three nights. It’s generally a good experience. The hotel room was clean and the size was just right for two people to stay. The location is awesome! There are nice restaurants options nearby. And the price at this season was reasonable. Recommend it.

The room is a good size for 2 people. The hotel is relatively new, beautiful, and in a good location. It is very convenient to visit Washington DC. The hotel doorman is very enthusiastic. He took the initiative to help with the luggage when checking in and helped to load the car when leaving. Of course, we also gave tips to express our gratitude. The food in the restaurant is a little inferior. I stayed at the Hilton DoubleTree in New York, which is not as high as this one, but the main dishes in the restaurant are quite good. The Capitol Hilton is a little worse, I hope it can be improved. The pasta I ordered tasted good, the steak was a little worse, and the beer was good👍

The room is big and well-lit. It is right next to the spy museum. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the harbor. It is very lively there on weekends. There are many places to eat. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the big museums.
