Booked two identical rooms, it was very hot in late February! But one room had a fan and the other didn't (because there was no air conditioning, so I had to rely on the fan), very unprofessional. The front desk was Chinese, not enthusiastic, and had no sense of help or concern when seeing people with mobility problems. She asked with a stern face if you wanted to hear her introduce the surroundings, but you should have taken the initiative to tell me, okay... Speechless. It was like being next to a mountain. There were a lot of flying insects at night. Countless insects and mosquitoes flew into the toilet with only a one-millimeter gap. The mosquitoes kept me awake at two or three o'clock in the night. I was disgusted.

The location is on the edge of the town, but you can walk to the center, shopping and dining are very convenient. The room itself is relatively small. It is said to have a garden view, but in fact it is just some flowers behind the kitchen. There is a flower outside the French window. You can't see the outside view after the car is parked. But if you are staying for one night, you don't care much. The kitchen is a bit small, you need to bring your own oil and salt, but a microwave is enough. The hotel requires cleaning of kitchen utensils

Very good. The location is also great. Lake Wanaka and the supermarket are within 10 minutes away. The owner is very nice and the hotel is very considerate. They used towels to cover our car windows at night to prevent ice. It was really considerate. The house also has everything you need. It is clean and tidy. I am really satisfied! When I opened the door in the morning, only the kitten came in and didn't leave to eat my burger. It was so interesting.

Right by the lake, everything is within walking distance. The accommodation is average, but the location beats everything.
