Excellent service and excellent cleanlines. Only problem is that the gym is REALLY lacking. The gym needs more equipment and weights. Not possible to do a proper workout with the equipment they have. Aside from that it was all good.

Rude staff, I don’t know the name of the lady but might be the same as another reviewer was complaining about. She wants to scam me with some fake rules and regulations, trying to charge me more then asked me to sign the paper without even letting me read it. Rooms are old fashioned, AC is old and noisy, food average, location is not bad. Over expensive. I left, and won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room is ok but with the 4-star standard, I don't see it coming, the air conditioner is old, a bit noisy. Receptionists are mostly happy, but there is a receptionist named Tam (female) who is very uncomfortable, talking to guests is very rude, doing service should not hire such receptionists, too unprofessional compared to the Muong brand Bar. I only got the one that was located near where I went to work, so I chose it. If next time travel, definitely not book this place.

I have worked in Vinh city for one week. Thank to my coworker who found this hotel for me. It is a perfect hotel that one person or family can stay. The room is quite large and cozy. I can see the whole city from my room. The service is also good. Amazing days in Vinh.

My husband and I had a trip to Vinh and chose Muong Thanh Phuong Dong hotel to stay. Reception are cheerfull and enthusiastic. Bellman assisted us with our luggage. The food here was not very diverse but suit our taste. I hope the restaurant will add more new dishes so people have more choices.

Stayed one night here as part of our journey through Vietnam on to our next destination. Hotel was fine. Big room with two beds and reasonable size bathroom. Room smelled Smokey and the mattress was extremely hard. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful
