Hôtel bien placé et propre avec une literie parfaite et oreillers moelleux. Parking sous terrain. Personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner parfait (bons produits) Proche de petits commerces (boulangers, bar/tabac…) Je le recommande sans problème.

The hotel is located near the university town, a bit far from the city center, but the traffic is quite convenient, there are trams in a few minutes. The breakfast variety is average. Standard rooms cannot accommodate an extra bed.

Mercure chain of hotels always seem to be a little way from the city centre, was a bit of a walk to the old town from hotel tram stop was right outside which was very handy. Boulangeries food places were dotted around close the the hotel so that was a bonus. The reception area was under renovation which made getting into the hotel a bit of a mission had to ring and get a code etc for the car parking. Beds very comfy which was great for a Mercure. Was generally a good choice

Apartment hotel conveniently located near all the comforts (shops, metro) with the possibility of putting the vehicle to parking for €9/day. Correct price of the room at 75€/night, correct cleanliness but old facilities that would deserve a small refreshment, equipment level is summary, no boiler, Only 2 plate earliers and 1 roll of paper WC but the staff at the reception is comprehensive and at the listening in this kind of situation. Les murs sont assez mal insolés (bruit de l'ascenseur par exemple) et il est préférable de demander une chambre avec vue jardin ou cour pour être plus calme, à préciser lors de la réservation bien que cela n'ait pas été accordé dans mon cas. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. In short, this is not the comfort of a hotel 5* but the price/quality ratio remains correct 👍🏼 Unlike other opinions I did not feel insecure whether in the hotel apartment or in the streets around.

I was travelling for work. This hotel was in a very convenient location. You can catch a tram or a bus to the central or to a metro stop that take you to the central (if you want to be on a faster route). However, you can also just walk to the metro stop which is about 10-15 mins walk. It is also in a short walking distance to a beautiful park with a free entrance ”zoo”. It's a great place to go for a picnic lunch. The only thing is it is not close to a big supermarket although you can still get some sort of groceries nearby. I didn't explore the other facilities in the hotel nor did I tried their breakfast and other meals. So, I can't comment on those.

On arrival my room was dirty and not ready, I had to change room. The rooms are tired and wood rot on the window frames. Room smelled slightly feisty. Double bed was two singles pushed together. Bath runs extremely slowly so takes over 30 minutes to run. Location was good and close to a main metro station.
