When I first arrived at the hotel, I had been informed that I cannot check-in before 2pm ( I arrived at the hotel around 11am exhausted from train last night). However, I got a welcome drink with cold towel :). I came back at 2.30pm to check in, the room was nice. The room was at 3rd floor, so for elderly or handicapped, it’s gonna be a bit inconvenient. The bellboy also helped me to carried my luggage. Inside the room there are full of amenities inside the restroom. Refrigerator, TV, kettle and hairdryer also available. I booked one double bed so I’ve got 4 bottles of water :) For towels, it’s look a bit old one, so i just use my personal one instead. My room also have window but street view. They don’t have room service only additional snacks and beers. This room also includes American brrakfast, chicken congee and salad. You can ask for black coffee as well.

A huge room with a small balcony was very comfortable. The water pressure was not very strong but it worked ok. The location is good for a visit to the night market and lots of shops and restaurants are nearby. The WiFi worked well and the staff was friendly and helpful. They asked to make reservations for breakfast because the room only had a few tables but the food was very good and plenty of choices for eggs cooked as you like and a small buffet. There is no elevator so if you have heavy bags there is a staff to help you which is nice. A good value and I would stay again next time.

Rooms are big and have good TVs. Breakfast is nice, only the salad and toast are buffet style and you order your choice of eggs / bacon / sausage which are all nice. Only complaint is that the room smelt of sewage, the hotel tried to fix it but the smell remained.

The people that work there were great and helpful. The prices for things like transfers the hotel has organized are ridiculously overpriced. Ask the staff to help with any transit. Also, there was no response to any emails sent beforehand about airport pickup. You are on your own with them.

Its location is superb. Once I got onto the main road, the most popular vegan restaurants and cafes were just around the corner. That said, one has to have reasonable expectations of the swage in a developing country; the smell from the bathroom isn't pleasant.

Love that this hotel is affordable but also quite near to other places like cafes, eateries & night market. Place is clean, comfortable to stay probably the air cond can be improve a little bit a sit takes a while to get cold. Also please not that there are no lift in this hotel, as it is an old layout building? But you can ask for the staff for help for luggage and stuff. Overall it is a good stay. Staff also very friendly. Basic breakfast but doable.

Nice location, walking distance from night market and other interesting streets. Staff speaks English and asked us about time for breakfast. Relatively quiet but air conditioning a bit noisy

Clean. Great location. Good internet. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfasts. The best hotel for this price that I stayed in Vientiane. I will choose it again on my next trip.

From start to finish it was amazing. We got cold towels and a drink on arrival. My boyfriend had some injuries from an accident and they even offered to give us a room on a lower floor if we needed it. The room had so many amenities and was so spacious and clean. The bathroom was also great, clean and is always a big selling point for me. The breakfast was great, being able to get as much toast, cereal, fruit and tea/coffee as you want. 100% recommend.

Although the hotel is small, everything is excellent. The staff are friendly, the room is clean, and the breakfast is made-to-order. I really enjoyed my holiday in Vientiane.

Hotel Has No Service Lifts Available As Its Only 3 Storey. Stayed In Room 201 Was Average. I Would Only Give 3* Rating Negative Point- a)Shower Water Heater Fails After 2 Minutes As Water Will Be Cold. b)Door Does Not Come With Door Ledge For Security, c)Sound Proofing Is Poor d)Very Low Ceiling Positive Point- a)5 Minutes Walk From Left Through Temple Is Mekong River Night Market b) Breakfast Only Allow 1 Serving For Each Pax. Only Salad and Bread & Coffee Are Free Flow.

Staffs very helpful & friendly. I got an early train at 8am. The staffs serve tea n coffee at 6.15am. Then provide us 2 packs of bread for take away breakfast.
