Happy with the hotel in particular to the location and the size of the room. It looked pretty new with good supplies… soft towels! Yet, the bed was saggy… ha ha, they need to rotate the mattress while ordering the new one.

Great location with good hotel service

Very good hotel. Location is very good. The staff are amazing. The breakfast food in the restaurant is a la card. I didn't like it. The room is very comfortable, but is lack of a working table and chair.

My favorite hotel during my European trip. The service staff is very nice, polite and kind. They answer all my questions and are very polite. We stayed for four nights and were given welcome drinks and macarons. The mini bar can also be used for free!

The building where the hotel is located has a history of more than 300 years. The furnishings in the rooms are very tasteful and the colors are well matched. The staff's service attitude is first-rate and they greet us proactively when we come in and out. When we just put our luggage away, we noticed that the hotel had already prepared a bottle of champagne for us, and there was a handwritten greeting card, which showed the hotel's considerate service to its guests. In addition, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It is a four-minute walk to BILA supermarket and McDonald's. There is a very good Thai restaurant Patara next to it. Although it is more expensive, it tastes good and the environment is good. Most of the attractions are near the hotel. Only Schönbrunn Palace requires a car, but we used Bolt to call a taxi and it only cost more than 20 euros. It is worth mentioning that drinks and snacks in the mini bar in the room are free.

The room was beautiful, the towel was soft, the breakfast was good. The service in Vienna was much better than in Prague.
