It’s only a few minutes’ walk from central train station. Very convenient for traveling to and from the airport and also the city centre. The door lock was difficult to be opened with the room key. We had a few attempts every time we had to enter the room. It’s rare that there was no electric kettle in the room and I had to borrow one from the reception.

It was a decent stay. The window view was lovely in the evening and morning. Looking at the window was so calming and it was quiet.

A young guy with big hair speaks clear English and gives clear instructions. Lobby is good. Water is provided in the lobby, you can take rest there. Walk 5 mins to OBB Central station and supermarket. Have a nice sunset view in the room.

Clean room with a 4-person dining table and kitchenette which we did not use. Toilet amentities are lacking and the all-purpose hair, body, hand wash in the shower cubicle was empty but it didn’t affect us as we brought our own. We returned after an opera and the street from the train station was very quiet at night but not at all seedy as there was hardly anyone around. Breakfast was adequate and staff were friendly. I would say it’s good value.

Good location near the Wien main station. Could get around easily with the public transport. Spacious room with clean towels and bed sheets. We are happy with our 3 nights stay.

The hotel itself is very nice and quite traditional Viennese - however, the first room I was given hadn’t been cleaned and I was moved to another room. The second room didn’t have any curtains at all and when I informed reception about this she came to check and then informed me that was all they had. Subsequently, I hardly slept due to the lights from the train station across the street. I was then woken up super early by house keeping who cleaned the room next door at 7:30am. I placed a do not disturb sign on my room on my room and she still knocked. All in all what should have been a pleasant stay in quite a nice hotel wasn’t. I do not think the renovation has been completed and perhaps these incomplete rooms should not be sold until the have the essentials - such as curtains or black-out blinds.
