Wonderfully efficient, gave two big bottles of water complimentary, staff also gave me a chocolate wafer for « the journey home » Very kind, and fast. Check in was done in minutes. They provide free guidebook for the city at the reception too. Room was spacious and warm. Bath room was great, hot water did not run out. Very clean.

Great hotel, conveniently located close to a metro station and trams. Excellent breakfast and pleasant service.

Nice, comfortable room. Was tidy and clean with a good range of TV channels. Location is a little out of the city centre but had very convenient links to U-Bahn system which made access to airport and all of the attractions easily reachable. Only downside was no replenishment of water, tea and coffee but in the grand scheme didnt dampen my stay.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the train station, convenient for travel, and Vienna has convenient transportation. A one-day pass costs 8 euros and you can go anywhere. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Vienna

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station. There is also a commercial center and a supermarket next to it. The sanitary conditions are good, the service attitude is good, and there are fruits for breakfast. The front desk is very patient and the reception is friendly. 👍for Jordan

Very good. Wide choice for breakfast. Convenient for the metro. Too bad that the building, despite being recent, does not have adequate soundproofing.
