best location, modern and clean facility, kind reception. it was really nice to stay nothing bad 😊

1. Cleanliness - We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t clean the room for us once. Referring to some laws, but other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip all of them offer the daily cleaning service. 2. Location - City center, easily accessible to all attractions - We were able to store our shopping bags in between the shopping spree during the day 3. Service - They just did things as scripted, 2 girls chorus, nothing special. - We asked for bus information. She didn’t know. Most hotel staff should be able to provide this basic city info. 4. Amenities - No fitness. The only good is our room #50 has balcony, extra price for that ofc.

Great hotel! Very spacious! Clean! Great bed linen, slept like babies! The location is amazing! And of course the Dyson hair dryer is top notch!

The location is good and the front desk was very kind and They even let me store my luggage without me having to ask, and said I wanted to go see more They smiled and were kind~ I regretted the 2 days and 1 night stay I plan to come back for a longer stay next time~!

I decided to come to Verona at the last minute and booked it in a hurry. But I really recommend this cost-effective apartment hotel! It takes about 8-10 minutes by bus from the train station, and all attractions are within walking distance, so it is really convenient. It took a long time to find the entrance at first, because it is actually upstairs, and there is a small iron door. The front desk will open the door when you ring the doorbell. The room is very new and fully equipped (the only thing missing is a washing machine and a dryer), but everything else is there and is of high quality, especially the supplies in the bathroom are very good, and the Dyson hair dryer even comes with 3 heads, which is really lovely! You can also ask for a toothbrush set at the front desk, and you can ask them directly if you need anything. The ladies at the front desk are super nice, enthusiastic, and very considerate! It’s a pity that I only stayed for one night, but it is a treasure hotel for my recent trip to Italy!

The most satisfactory hotel for this trip to Italy, the price/performance ratio is full, it provides everything you need, the room is brand new, the location is perfect, you can also upgrade, the front desk is also very friendly

The facilities are also very clean and sufficient for a family to use. I am very satisfied with the space and the comfortable sofa bed. The staff are also very friendly so I will definitely come back next time I would like to visit. There is also a terrace.

The place is in a perfect location. Large, spacious rooms, with comfortable and bright beds. Nice staff but bad experience with noises at 8 in the morning when they were cleaning the room above us. A lot of noise that did not allow us to rest.
