Terrible hotel and terrible system! Our flight got cancelled and we just needed a place for the night and when we got there there was nobody to help us checkin and no internet so we couldn’t even get a taxi back to the airport. Awful experience and provided so much stress for my wife and I.

The room was stinky of cigarette smoke like no other. Shower nozzles completely clogged. On the flip side very cute and friendly girl at the reception during the night shift

Per lavoro, hotel prenotato da ufficio viaggi dell'azienda, Quando viaggio per lavoro non pretendo molto utilizzando l'hotel solo la sera per dormire, ma in questo caso è veramente poco,. Hotel inospitale, rientrando dopo cena per andare in camera bisogna passare dalla scala antincendo e neanche a dire che si può cenare in hotel. La posizione è isolata e la sorveglianza dopo le 21,30 non c'è quindi lo sconsiglio a ragazze e donne che viaggiano da sole. L'illuminazione della stanza e del bagno sono scarse non è sufficiente ne per farsi la barba ne sicuramente per chi deve truccarsi, per farmi la barba ho dovuto quasi accendere la luce del cellulare. la stanza ha un arredamento povero e inaccogliente. Dalla doccia esce un filo di acqua che non consente neppure di togliere il sapone . La colazione è povera e di scarsa qualità. Per quello che è stato pagato è inaccettabile dirò all'agenzia di viaggio che ha fatto la prenotazione di metterlo in black list.

Motel nella norma.. Super il checkin automatico in caso di arrivo a tarda ora. Camera pulita e riscaldata.. provato sia stanza con doccia che con vasca. Tutto funzionante e comodo Privacy con parcheggio davanti camera

There was nobody at the desk. Just an automated checkin system that wouldn't let me in. I spent the night on the street because there was nowhere to go and there were no taxis. DON'T STAY HERE.

I booked this room for few hours before my flight to get some rest. Did not even sleep the night left a bit after midnight. BUT, the reception closes at 22:00 which is fine, but there is no one to contact if anything needed. no room services at night. something to drink or to eat.
The room is not comfortable, the bed is horrible, pillows too.
Sorry for complaining so much about few hours stay. But it did not leave a good feeling after leaving.
still I did not expect much taking the price into consideration.
Thank you anyway.
The lady at the reception was nice and friendly though.
