Great location if you’re planning to stay in Venice! Not crowded but in the heart of everything. Easy to walk to the tourist spots! It’s own building and not attached to a store or anything so it was really nice. Super clean and the staff was very friendly!

The location of this hotel is great no complaints about it, the stuff is nice friendly and helpful too. The room itself is old without anything other than beds cardboard and a very old school hair dryer. I don’t know why but they don’t even have something to hang the toilet paper which is pretty funny. The 1st day the housekeeper was good we came back to a nicely cleaned room, the 2nd day was like the housekeeper just did what the eyes can see they never even clear away the old towels and all. If a short stay for the location it’s alright but as a 4 star hotel I have no idea how they got it.

The hotel is a historic building. Sitting in the coffee bar on the first floor lobby and watching the gondolas slowly passing by, and then going to the lounge on the second floor, it is full of the harmonious correspondence of modern and classical. The location is also very good. It takes about 8 minutes to cross the bridge and walk through the river every day to reach St. Mark's Square. I live on the first floor. When I open the window, I can see the clear river and a beautiful bridge. The breakfast is also very rich. I think even someone like me who likes to explore changes will choose to stay here next time. I also thank every friendly and gentleman service staff in the hotel. They are all very handsome~

A wonderful and dreamy accommodation experience. In an ancient city like Venice, it is so unique to be able to live in a noble palace and enjoy the fairy-tale window view. There are a few gentlemen at the front desk. I am on a business trip this time. Thanks to them for the printing arrangement. Very convenient location, not far from anywhere, they arranged water taxi for us when we left, the price is affordable. I am reluctant to leave and hope that I will choose to live here again if I have the opportunity to come to Venice again in the future.

A beautiful hotel in an old Venetian palazzo that previously belonged to a wealthy family. The location of the hotel is very good - everything is nearby, and the famous bookstore "on the canal" is located in the neighboring courtyard. Also nearby is the Ospetale vaporetto stop to the airport. The service at the hotel is good, we had breakfast, not very rich, but by Italian standards it was quite filling, we filled ourselves up with it. A very nice girl works in the cafeteria. The hotel has two entrances/exits, one of which is to the square, and the other to the canal, which makes for beautiful photographs. The only big minus is the unrealistic audibility in the room! Every morning we suffered from walking back and forth in the heels of our upstairs neighbors, who got up very early and for some reason walked around the room from corner to corner for a very long time. Overall, for 4 stars and such a historical building, it’s a very decent hotel, we liked it, thank you!
