We stayed at this place for 3 nights and used the swimming pool only once. It is an okay place to stay but it needs major upgrades. The door could not open with just one turn of the key. Sometimes we would just turn the key up until the door decided it was open. It is an old hotel and I get the look and feel but it needs some serious maintenance. The shower was so tiny in the corner of auch a big bathroom space…I didn’t like that.

Very nice old hotel, but quite difficult to access without a car. Room cleanliness could be improved.

Sometimes these great hotels of the past start to get stale; but the Palace Grand Hotel is very, very well maintained. Comfortable, classic and elegant. Too bad they don't take better care of their gardens, they could improve the hotel category a lot

We had a great weekend with our 7-month-old daughter. The view of the lake is splendid! The location is on a mountain and quite quiet. There is a spa that I really enjoyed: the masseuse is talented and the Turkish bath and sauna were very pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast is very good, there is a lot of choice. As for our double room, we really liked it because it was spacious.

Really a hotel that was just for spending the night and it surprised us. We felt like we were in the 1900s but in a good way. Service and breakfast were also impeccable. We will be back!

It would be time to change the manual roller shutters in the rooms!!! No internet TV so no French channels. The room's refrigerator needs to be defrosted because it's no longer cold! Lack of parking spaces, forced to park anywhere!
