The overall hotel is not bad, in Varanasi is a cost-effective hotel, the room is clean, the location is OK, not far from the various attractions, the only bad thing is that the waiter level is worrying, the instant noodles in the front desk, actually I do not know The situation opened up.

Pleasant hotel with attached multi-cuisine restaurant. Decent buffet spread at breakfast. We were in a spacious family sized bedroom. Good hygiene standards. Conveniently located for Kashi Vishwanath temple & Ganga Arti/Dashashwamedh Ghat. Staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a business trip, rooms were spacious and well maintained. The highlight was the service personal at coffee shop. They are exceptionally well behaved and courteous. Best of luck to the team

Location - Right at the Ghat. This would also make it inaccessible by vehicle. Hotel had arranged for the pick up and drop of luggages. So no worries there. Special mention to ever amiable Mr. Uday and Mr. Brahm Kumar. Rooms - Clean and well kept. Thanks to Mr. Fayad, Mr. Dileepkumar and others from House keeping Food - Eclectic & delectable. Kudos to Chef Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Sunilkumar, Mr. Abhishek, Mr. Jyothikishan et al. Roof top terrace - Good place to start/wind-down your day with a cup of coffee. Special thanks to Tiwari ji. We got to visit the main temples, had very good darshan, attended Ganga Arti, were introduced to a few good street food joints, and did a bit of shopping as well. Despite being our first time here, everything went like clockwork due to one person - Mr. Sanjay Sahani. He is a very genuine and no BS guy. Overall Mr. Pankaj Mahajan and his team made sure that we had a very pleasant stay. This place would definitely be my first choice, the next time I visit Varanasi.

The attention to cleanliness was evident, and the room was well-appointed with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room's design showcased a thoughtful mix of contemporary style and practical functionality.

Well ,hotel was ok. But food was very expensive and they only provided 500 ml 2 water bottles,they should provide atleast 1 liter . Prices are bit high according to hotel facilities and amenities. Overall it is good hotel. If they can provide better prices it would be good.

The hotel is cost-effective and the service is good, from the doorman to the rooms and restaurant. You can book cars and boats at the hotel, but it is more expensive than usual. The hotel is less than 4 kilometers from the river altar of the night festival, which requires a taxi. It is convenient to take a taxi. But Varanasi's road is really bad, and you must be mentally prepared.

Overall stay was excellent. Few small things, but can be ignored. Staff was good and co-operative. Hotel was good, on road with parking facility available.
