Varanasi Hotels with Balcony

This is a hotel that impressed us during our trip to India. The service was very attentive, although it only lasted for one night. We went to TAKE A BOATRUDE FOR CEREMONY at 5:15 in the morning. The hotel arranged a boatman and waiter on time to guide us on the boat, and prepared the blanket very thoughtfully. It is hard to imagine how cold we would be without the blanket. Then we went to breakfast. A waiter provided us with services. Usually they started the meal at 7 am, but because we left the hotel at 7 am, they prepared some hot meals in advance, and they were very warm. Then on time, the boatman and PORTER took us on board and went to Baiqiao to meet our driver. They didn't leave until they put the boxes in the car. The key point came, the driver whispered, the hotel front desk started to call him at 5 o'clock in the morning, and constantly reminded him that he must wait for us early, for fear that we were delayed or could not find him. In fact, we didn't tell the hotel in advance, we needed them to remind the driver and so on. We just told the front desk that we were departing at 10 o'clock and we needed to depart from the hotel at 7 o'clock. Makes the hotel more nervous than us, afraid of being late and so on. Walking distance to some Gatt of Varanasi, very friendly and helpful staff. We had no problems whatsoever and they took care of directing us to the guide for the city and the boat for the Ganga ride. Perfect!

Everything is excellent to say the least. Location is perfect. food is very fresh and tasty. special mention about the coffee in the breakfast buffet. just perfect👍 the staff is very courteous as is the nature of people in Banaras😊 hotel services at restaurant, room service,housekeeping were all very good and helpful. I loved my stay at the Ganges Grand. only the size of the room was small and it had no window or view. the travel desk was also very helpful .

Located at the back of the Bengaluru Trail, this is a clean and neat hotel in a typical Varanasi location. It's free from the usual problems (dirt, noisy, soliciting various offers, being pushy, no hot shower, etc.). You can enjoy souvenirs, food, the Ganges, and walking around the city in your own way at this hotel. The staff at the inn are all capable and serious young men who put the customer first. They will tell you about local information and local prices. They will follow up with various information and small advice for your stay using WhatsApp. We communicate in English. It's also nice that they don't use Japanese.

Stayed for 2 nights during march 2023. Location is away from the city in a serene environment - while you get a peaceful stay, you miss the buzz of varanasi which is the main life of the city. Rooms have got all standard facilities including ac, intercom, tea / coffee maker, hair drier etc. Staff were friendly and ready to help. Food quality was homely and tasty. It's a pure veg and no alcohol hotel. It has no round the clock restaurant / room service. Net net a good stay, if you are okay to stay away from the city and ready to shell out a lot on taxi fare every day. And it definitely does not justify the rent that they charge for the overall facility that you get.
