Lovely hotel that is conveniently situated 5 mins away from Broadway-City Hall Skytrain station. Views overlooking the city. Comfortable room and delicious breakfast.

Everything was fine except : high audibility of neighbors. the shower didn't work well.

Stayed at this hotel to be close to a wedding that we were attending at UBC. Perfect location with great restaurants around. Although close to the hospital, we did not hear any noises overnight. The free breakfast buffet that came with our stay was also a great bonus ! This is my second holiday inn vancouver centre stay after my first stay in 2018 for a business trip, and I overall really enjoy the hotel!

Perfectly serviceable hotel. Clean room at a great location withing walking distance to the rail station. Lots of nice eateries nearby & the place was pretty quiet. Breakfast was quite mediocre though.

A very good hotel, I will stay there again. The location is very good and convenient for travel. There is a subway line nearby, close to the harbor, and the scenery is beautiful. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

I just got off the plane and was sleepy. I thought I would go to the hotel to store my luggage and then wander around until the check-in time. Unexpectedly, the receptionist at the counter helped us check in and said that the room was ready and we could check in directly, saving us from wandering around the streets early in the morning. It was really thoughtful to let us have a good rest and sleep first. Thank you for your service~

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the service staff was friendly. It would be better if the deposit could be refunded faster.

I arrived earlier than scheduled, but the hotel didn't keep me waiting for a long time. The housekeeping staff really made the room clean. In order to adjust to the jet lag, I slept very comfortably in the hotel. Since it was Christmas, the front desk staff also recommended me. Lots of good Christmas markets.
