It was a great stay and the location was accessible to some sites like the Canada Place and pretty safe area. My kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

Nice hotel but pool is too busy with kids, spa broke down for some time. Overall, nice stay

Great hotel that's located right in downtown and in a safe area. Very clean, very nice rooms. Sometimes front desk staff can be a bit rude (but hide it in a Canadian way), but overall great. I think when we checked in or various other guests checked in, front desk kept forgetting to give us keys. Not a big deal but just a bit weird? Overall, a fantastic stay. They even gave us a small gift and a nicely written letter for us.

Very nice team members. Nice quiet room. Super bed. Can open the window which is so rare nowadays. Scrumptious breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Safe and secure and reasonable price 24 hour parking. Decent bath in room. Overall a great stay and we will be back. Where else has such value for money in Vancouver!

Good value hotel. Nice harbour view. However, hotel is quite dated. Probably need some uplift.

Very clean ,top note classic or rather high standard hotel

Stayed here with my partner for 3 nights while in town for a concert, the hotel location was great because it is like a block away from the harbour and if you’re comfortable with walking it’s a 45 minute walk to English Bay and like 15 min or less to Robson street. They do have a restaurant located in the lobby and the food always smelt amazing, but because we were only there for 3 nights we were more focused on trying different food places around Van, though we plan to come back and try the food at the lounge. The beds were comfy and the room was quaint and all we needed since we spent most of the time out of the hotel room and just came back to rest. Check in and check out was also very easy and fast.

It has one of the best locations in metro Vancouver, however, the staff was not polite and the overall services are just average. May stay with this hotel again though. Breakfast was good but need more variety if possible.

very clean place

The Pinnacle was an excellent location. Close to the harbor and within walking distance to a store and other restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful. I had a great view of the harbor. When I go on my cruise I plan on booking there again.
