Hotel facilities are new and suitable for vacation business. Chinatown is 10 minutes away from various Chinese restaurants and Asian supermarkets. very good.

Located in Valencia’s old town, Anderson City Flats offers well-equipped, stylish apartments. This complex features air-conditioned accommodation with a flat-screen TV. Each apartment at the Anderson City Flats has a seating area and a kitchenette with an oven, microwave and fridge. Towels and bed linen are provided. The staff at Anderson City Flats can provide information on the city of Valencia and also arrange bicycle hire. A cleaning service is providad for an extra charge. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants within 10 minutes’ walk of the Anderson City Flats. There are also supermarkets nearby. Valencia Cathedral is just 300 metres from the apartments. The famous City of Arts and Sciences can be reached in 20 minutes by bus or Metro.

Very clean, great breakfast and the staffs are good and warm.

Our flight landed at 0035am, so we needed to get a taxi from the Airport to the hotel, which took about 25-30 minutes and cost €33. We hailed a taxi outside the hotel at 8am to get from the Hotel to the Airport at the end of the trip, but it only cost €21. Check in was very easy. The room was of a very good standard, with a great bathroom, comfy bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a decent tv. There was a minibar fridge. Whilst we didn’t consume anything, we used the fridge to refrigerator food items such as cheese and salami. There is a German chain supermarket beginning with ‘L’ 10 minutes walk away and a supermarket in the nearby shopping centre which is in the direction of the ‘Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias’. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a brilliant bus 19 service: The bus stop literally outside the hotel is called Menorca Franca, and goes to the city centre and takes about 15 minutes. Their is a stop outside the main train station ‘Estació del Nord’ in the city centre but just to the left a bit (left if you are looking out from the station) where the bus to go back from the city centre to the hotel starts (they usually have their hazard lights on indicating they are at the starting stop). The bus stop opposite the hotel on the other side of the road is called Menorca Balears and takes you to the beach. A bus back to the hotel from the beach area can be found on street ‘Carrer De La Reina’. Just remember if you walk outside the hotel past the hotel reception - the bus right goes to the city centre, the bus left goes to the beach. All bus single tickets cost €1.50 and drivers gave me change from €5 notes. Tips for eating: there is a brilliant pizza restaurant near the hotel ‘Regina Di Napoli’. There is also a very good restaurant that offered a set menu starter + paella + small desert + beer or soft drink for €16.50 ‘El Generalife’ on Carrer De Navellos’. Would stay at this hotel again.

My sister and I have just returned from a four night stay in the Helen Berger. This is a small hotel situated about five minutes walk from the old town of Valencia. The rooms are modern, with lovely bathrooms. Huge credit to the cleaning staff as they maintain the rooms to an exceptional standard. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Special mention to Daniel... It is an expensive hotel. Costing almost €190 per night without breakfast. That said you will enjoy a stay here very much. The bar/restaurant is very popular with both guests and locals which is always a good sign. Perhaps a little noisy when early morning deliveries are being made... Overall we had a really nice stay in a really nice hotel.

Impressive personal treatment. Excellent cleaning. All the workers are great. We have been completely satisfied. To repeat the experience. Looking forward to repeating this experience. Not just the staff. The facilities, also perfect such as dining room, bar, pool, etc.

The room was clean and soundproofed. The design style is a style I like very much. Photos are especially made. Maybe the Christmas season, the price is really a bit high. Breakfast is not bad, hot food can be ordered. 19 euros a person. The young lady at the front desk was very good in English, and patiently explained the city map and surrounding attractions to me. Also gave a discount card for the British Palace Mall. The kettle is not very clean, and then the next day, I will not add anything to the water.
