The hotel is at a very convenient location with lots of cafes just outside of the hotel. It is also within walking distance to all the tourists attractions in Valencia. The service staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room is nicely decorated (a bit nostalgic) and the theme of my room is”Gone with the Wind”. Given the location and service offered, this hotel is definitely of good value for money.

very good location which next to the train station of Valencia Nor, convenient to go sightseeing the city main spots both in the north-eastern part of old town and ancient heritages or in the south-eastern part of symbolic sport like science park and so on. but the hotel does not provide bottle water and is not equipped with any hot pot to boil water for tea or coffee (there is only a small coffee machine at the lobby entrance that NOT free to its guests that make guests like us NOT feel home stay.

Matrix-themed room, small but renovated bathroom, good water pressure in the shower, comfortable and large beds. There was a strange smell in the hotel and in the room, although it was subtle, perhaps from the air conditioners outside the window and the "courtyard". It's great for the value for money paid. Central location close to both downtown and city. We didn't try the breakfast, expensive compared to what's out there. In the bar just outside the hotel 1 cappucino + 1 coffee + 2 croissants under €10.
