Hotels in The Xinjiang Museum/Youhao Road, Urumqi

This time I had a very good experience staying at Yaxin International Hotel. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and the check-in was very fast. They gave my children Xinjiang souvenirs. The room was prepared with welcome fruit plates and drinks. The details were very thoughtful. I want to point out that the hotel also made its own special cards, and the blessings were all handwritten, which was very heartwarming. The hotel has its own parking lot, and parking is also very convenient. In short, this hotel is very good.

The hotel is quite satisfactory and meets the standards of the old five-star hotel. The hygiene and breakfast are all good, and the bedding is comfortable. As long as you don't require a modern style, you won't step into the pit. The little beauty at the front desk is also very good. We arrived late, and there were no adjacent rooms for two rooms. Seeing that we had elderly people who needed care, she actively helped us coordinate adjacent rooms. Thank you very much. I forgot to ask your name, I'm really sorry. Finally, let's talk about the shortcomings. I don't know why the door of the hotel lobby was not allowed to go up. It rained heavily in Urumqi on the day of arrival. After parking, I walked to the lobby in the rain. It was too embarrassing. The key is that there are elderly people. It's unacceptable to get wet in the rain. I also reported this to the front desk lady on the same day and got a timely response. Early the next morning, the front desk handled the extension of stay. The lady said that the lobby manager happened to be there. After reacting, I talked to the lobby manager, but I was very disappointed. This fat male lobby manager was extremely arrogant and rude. He looked down on people and didn't care at all. In the end, I guess he was helpless and said thank you with his back teeth. Sure enough, the iron block blocking the road was not removed until check-out. Finally, the concierge of this hotel is useless. It rained on the first day and the car could not go up. They would have given me an umbrella. On the second day, I needed to move something from the car to the room and needed the concierge's cart. There was no one in the concierge department. I asked the front desk and was told that they were not working and would have to wait for ten minutes. I said I didn't need help and just needed to get off the car. They told me that I could push it myself. I pushed the cart to move things. When I came back, the concierge had already started working. I pushed a big cart by myself, and the concierge just watched. It would have been fine if they didn't help push it, but they didn't even help open the door. Finally, to sum up, the five-star facilities are put up by a makeshift team.

A great hotel as you would expect from a Conrad. The location was good but you do need to take a taxi if you want to get to the tourist areas. The hotel was spotless, staff were great and the sky bar, pool and gym all good. The only let down was the view. If the hotel is quiet, why put your guess in the rooms with the worst view? I will never understand that - part of the reason for booking the Conrad was for the view and I did ask for a high rim, but nope. That didn’t happen!!

This hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

The hotel lobby is elegant, the rooms are well cleaned, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. Especially the young man working at the front desk on the evening of September 12, he was warm and friendly, and it was a feeling of being at home. I give him a 👍. The lobby manager and service staff are also very good, working conscientiously and responsibly, and providing the services that guests need in a timely and proactive manner. I hope they will continue to maintain this.

Enjoy my stay so much that I extend my stay for 1 more night. Clean, spacious ,comfortable. the room is modern and somewhat looks futuristic. even small details are designed for comfort such as mirror with extra light on it, anti-slip bathroom mat, clear label on lights switch on/off so guest know what button for what lights, automatic night light turn on when guest wake up at night to go to washroom to ensure guest can see the walking path (been travelling for 6.5months and these are items that are almost never seen even in big hotel chain). the receptionist team are also warm and welcoming. Special thank you to Xiao Xia and Noor who help with my check in and extend my stay. Reasonable price, even offer discount on 2nd night (different person offer different discount, so i choose the best offer.lol) This place also close by to many eateries and 4minutes walking to bus stop where multiple buses stop there (i.e.there is bus from airport to here, i.e.take metro and change to bus. the bus will stop here). Convenient for solo traveller who rely on public transport to explore the surrounding (download 百度 or AMAP application to see route and bus timing in real time.百度is better though). They are also available a wechat away for any questions or recommendations that you'd like to know. Delicious breakfast!! Still thinking about it. taste like home cooking style. After travelling 6.5months , my tastebud miss this type of food.lol Overall, highly recommended place!! If I still have time (after exploring the southern part), I will definitely come back again to stay here for one final night before leaving Xinjiang. All the best 😎😄😀😁😃

Atour is as good as always, and as satisfying as always. We drove from Hemu to Urumqi at night, but encountered a sandstorm and the Awu Expressway was closed. We took the five major expressways instead, and arrived at three in the morning. The hotel also patiently checked us in, upgraded our room, and gave us a small gift for the children. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Xinjiang Museum, within 10 minutes by car.

The hotel is a traditional hotel, very grand, and in a good location. There is a bus stop and a subway station right outside, and the business district is only a dozen minutes' walk south. The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic and responsible, introducing us to the city memories on the eighth floor, and helped to bring the takeaway to the door of the room. I will choose Kunlun Hotel again next time I come.

The room had a smart housekeeper, central air conditioning, a hair dryer, and the shower and toilet were separated into wet and dry areas. There was also breakfast, haha. We ate very well every day. The decoration style was also very good. There were staff to help with cleaning every day, and parking was also very convenient. This hotel was specially chosen for my medical treatment. It is very close to the military hospital and very convenient. There are also many places to eat nearby. You can walk to Meimei. It can be said to be of good quality and low price.
