The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere made for a relaxing and restful night's sleep. The hotel's soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment despite its proximity to the railway station. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. It provided a great start to the day and helped me fuel up for my activities. This is the fourth time I have stayed here, and every time I have a new experience. This time I was also very satisfied with the accommodation experience. I arrived in the middle of the night and the front desk staff warmly received me and professionally solved some problems with the house. It was a very good experience. I would like to make a special note that after the stay, Sister Song, the waiter on the 15th floor, saw our family travel and immediately sent us dried fruits and yogurt. During the stay, my family's clothes were torn, and she also kindly helped to sew clothes. It was like returning home. Thumbs up for Sister Song's enthusiastic service👍 It fully reflects the hotel's high-quality management and thoughtful service concept from the front desk to the cleaning! ! !

This hotel is Extreme, Extreme, Extremely best with their services and staffs at front desk to even the Hotel manager. I really appreciate how they have helped us😀 as senior couple travellers to Urumqi first time. Breakfast is very good and even the simpler free supper at night was fantastic. All the staffs from laundry room to front security ladies are all excellent excellent!

因為工作的關係來烏魯木齊出差，想離自己辦事的地方近點，同時晚飯後也想在周邊能轉轉或買買東西，挺忙的就聽同事推薦了這家酒店。沒想到還挺滿意，首先價格符合報銷標準，哈哈，其次酒店位置我非常喜歡，在烏魯木齊友好商圈，吃飯逛街不要太爽，好吃的吃了東西也買了，省事省時，還順帶逛了旁邊的博物館，感覺有限的時間裏做了很多自己想做的事。再説説酒店設施吧，一進大堂被水晶燈吸引，入住房間乾淨衞生，還貼心的提供了應季水果拼盤。客房服務員大姐很熱情，她説如果方便給個好評，我一直忙，現在才評，抱歉啦，下次再來。

Because the room temperature is low, the engineer from the engineering department is called to repair it and the window is sealed with seals. Although the room facilities are not very new, the details are very thoughtful. The room is also very quiet, with heating and the temperature is just right! There are also footbaths, good night milk, and fruit plates as bonus points! This price is great value! The breakfast is particularly rich, and the lunch buffet noodles are superb! I will definitely stay here again when I come to Urumqi again! Exquisite fruit plate: apples are especially delicious! Good night milk: great!

While the location was a little far from the main attractions, we loved our stay at the Feshe Hotel! The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Equipped with a foot massager and Japanese toilet, the room had that extra touch of luxury. The decoration of the room and lobby was also exquisite. The breakfast was a Chinese breakfast.

The only hotel ive stayed made me feels like i get more than what i pay. 100rmb and u get a free horse show, one nice room with buffet breakfast.

It's a nice hotel. The service staff helped carry the luggage to the room. Miss Zubaidai at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was renovated and has all the facilities. Large floor-to-ceiling windows, pleasant views, great for taking photos. I will choose here again next time!
