Popular Urumqi 4-star Hotels

I chose Yilite Hotel for this business trip because it had just been renovated. The sanitation inside was really clean, and the service was also very good. What surprised me was that even if I arrived at the hotel at one o'clock in the middle of the night, there were staff members accompanying me from entering the hotel lobby to checking in and then to the door of the room. I also recommend everyone to have a buffet breakfast at his house. I strongly recommend trying the super delicious wonton and French toast, which are super delicious. 😋Finally, I would like to state that the quilt in Figure 1 is a little wrinkled because the cleaning lady made it up after I came back from breakfast after sleeping all night, so it is a little wrinkled. It was not like this when I came in!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express near Urumqi Railway Station and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent customer service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere made for a relaxing and restful night's sleep. The hotel's soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment despite its proximity to the railway station. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. It provided a great start to the day and helped me fuel up for my activities. The hotel's location near Urumqi Railway Station was incredibly convenient, especially for travelers like myself. It made it easy to explore the city or catch a train to further destinations. The surrounding area had a variety of dining options and shops, adding to the convenience of the location. To top it off, the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols during my stay reassured me of their dedication to guest well-being, especially during these challenging times. Overall, my experience at the Holiday Inn Express near Urumqi Railway Station was outstanding. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, convenient location, and excellent service make it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I look forward to returning in the future.

This is the happiest hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment I entered the door, the lovely little beauty Kaili at the front desk (I quietly asked others to find out her name 😂), her healing smile helped me check in quickly, and someone helped me with my luggage. When I got to the room, I was really amazed. I have stayed in hotels so many times, but this is the first time I have encountered such a thing. The bed was just like a painting. I didn't even dare to sit on it 😂. I was still intoxicated when the phone rang. It was the front desk asking me if I was satisfied with the room after checking in and if I needed any help. Finally, she reminded me that the hotel has a self-service laundry room and they could take me there at any time if I needed it. They also left their phone number... I am really satisfied with this service. I am so excited that I finished writing this, but I always feel that the praise is not enough 😅. In short, I will choose to stay here next time 👍

2nd time staying at this very nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful service. Great location right besides the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and even a top supermarket in the shopping centre opposite. We were upgraded to a very large room, which was nice and everything worked perfect, as before. Breakfast buffet with a large choice was ideal for starting the day. Next time in Urumqi we will definitely book this Atour again.

This stay experience was great! Must praise the receptionist Xiao Mu. From the beginning of the check-in process, Xiao Mu was very warm and thoughtful, and there was always a warm smile on his face, which made people feel particularly cordial. Not only patiently answering my various questions, but also carefully introducing me to the hotel facilities. During my stay, Xiao Mu also took the initiative to ask me if I have special needs, and any problems can be solved in time. When I encountered an emergency, Xiao Mu could also respond quickly and provide very intimate service. His professionalism and sincere attitude left a deep impression on me. The hotel's environment is clean and tidy, the rooms are warm and comfortable, and the catering service is excellent. Xiao Mu's service made the whole stay more enjoyable and made me feel the warmth of home. I really thank Xiao Mu, his service is a highlight of the hotel, and I look forward to meeting him next time. We were so delighted with our stay at Hantang Hotel. The staff were excellent, so polite, kind and helpful, especially as we speak no Chinese. Our room was delightful, we especially enjoyed the view of the city at night, all the facilities were first rate: gorgeous comfortable bed, lovely lighting, fabulous and spotless bathroom, the welcome fruit and snacks were a lovely surprise, and the delicious breakfast far surpassed our expectations. Thank you to everyone who made our stay - our first two nights ever in China - so very pleasant and comfortable. We will certainly return if we ever visit Urumqi again, and highly recommend Hantang Hotel to all visitors!

Facilities: Complete and comfortable Hygiene: Clean and tidy, cleaned and replenished every day. Environment: Located in the central area, the surrounding area is very lively, Service: The staff is enthusiastic about the guests, and they give away fruit plates, milk and snacks every day, which is very warm. The breakfast is very rich, and there are also ethnic specialties. I will stay here again if I have the chance. Recommended👍🏻

This hotel is unusual and elegant. I was the only foreigner staying but I was looked after politely and efficiently. They helped me arrange a driver to Tianchi and I was very impressed with the standard of room. It's located in a quiet area with an out door seating area accessible from inside the hotel. Outside the hotel is a lovely communal area that's also very pleasant to sit in in the evening. Thank you Amy

The only hotel ive stayed made me feels like i get more than what i pay. 100rmb and u get a free horse show, one nice room with buffet breakfast.
