Arrived at the hotel after visiting the local vehicle administration office to get my Chinese drivers licence. I required a certificate of residence from the hotel to complete the process. 李艳毅 went out of her way to help me get the document, taking me to the local police station, translating for me and contacting local authorities on my behalf. Thanks to her I was able to successfully get my licence. Hotel is elegant and classy, well furnished rooms and great, helpful staff. Also a good view of the city from the window. Walking distance from main attractions in Ürümqi city.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. All was quite enough for good family trip.

Cleanliness and location are great, as well as the price. But where this hotel lacks is service. There was a MAJOR hiccup in how front desk handled my situation. I came back at 4am after a night out and lost my room key. The front desk really struggled to find my room number. After about 5 minutes of searching, she found my room and handed me a new key. Except IT WAS THE WRONG ROOM. I walked into a room that had 2 complete strangers asleep in the room. They were startled and I closed the door immediately. Went back downstairs and had to ask the front desk for another key, which the lady searched for another 5 minutes before finally finding my room. Needless to say, this is BAD. You CANNOT give someone’s room key to a stranger. That is an absolute sin in the hospitality industry. I hope they will retrain their staff and learn from this review.

Food choices are limited. But there are many restaurants around. Good location, spacious and comfortable rooms.

They accept foreigners and that’s a big plus. Great location, close to bazaar and main square just in front of the hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit old, but overall good place to stay for 1-2 nights

During the Chinese New Year, I took my children to travel and ski. I stayed here. The staff here were very enthusiastic. It made us feel warm. The service was really great! I especially want to praise Liang Bo, Nur and Huang Shibo, who are very serious and responsible! The room is also very clean and well maintained. It is not far from the Grand Bazaar, and it is convenient to call a taxi!

Hyde Hotel is an old five-star hotel in Urumqi. It has a good location, next to the People's Square, and there are 24-hour restaurants and convenience stores next to it, which is very convenient. The hotel has a good foundation, so the facilities are complete, the hot water pressure is high, and the air conditioning is powerful. Here I give a thumbs up to Alim Nur, who is serious and responsible in his work, has a good attitude, and provides thoughtful service.

As an old five-star hotel in Urumqi, the staff service makes people feel at home. Due to heavy snow in Urumqi, the flight was delayed and I arrived at the hotel at 3 am the next day. The front desk staff upgraded me to a deluxe business room, which also brought a little comfort to my tiredness. Although I only stayed for a few hours, I slept very comfortably. Standing in the room on the 31st floor, you can see the city view of Urumqi. It is worth mentioning that the water pressure of the hotel is very high, and it is very comfortable to take a shower. Other services and facilities are of five-star standard. Next time I come to Urumqi, I will choose Hyde Hotel again.

This hotel is great 👍🏻. Nur, the front desk supervisor, was very enthusiastic. I was given a free upgrade to a suite, which made my stay very comfortable. Xiao Liang also helped me with the invoice. I was very satisfied and will choose this hotel again next time.
