"Cleanliness: toilet has a pungent smell and we regretted not asking to change room because we checked in late at night and too tired to ask. It did not got better after room service. Location: it was right opposite the train station but there is still free shuttle bus to send you there. Good for wet weather or when you have luggage. Was baited by other reviews that there is shuttle bus to Disneyland but there isn’t. Only free bus to nearest station and Baiharma station. You need to pay the train ticket to take resort line to Disneyland and Disneysea. The park view isn’t ideal because you can’t really see Disneyland. Just the view of neighbouring hotels and a little bit of the parks. I believe ocean view is better. Breakfast was decent, you can get original or chocolate pudding. All staff are friendly and nice. There is ice and cold water dispenser on every floor but no hot water. You can boil on your own in the room. The room is very spacious."

"This hotel was great for my needs. I needed a simple room to stay at, as I had a very early morning bus the next morning. Check in was very smooth. Receptionist spoke fluent English, and explained everything very clearly. I didn't have a chance to eat the complimentary breakfast, but it smelled great!"

"The location is excellent. A few minutes walk to Urayasu station with plenty of eating places surrounding the hotel. The amenities are excellent too. They have a washing machine, microwave oven, kettle and plenty of sockets for charging. A few straight buses to Disneyland as well. Really value for money accommodation. Only gripe I have is that they only provide 1 key for 3 adults. A bit inconvenient when we want to go back to the room at separate times. But overall, still had an wonderful stay. "The location is great. It is on the right hand side when you get out of Maihama Station. You can walk to the Land Park directly. You can walk to the Ocean Park by passing Maihama Station and taking the Disney Express. You can store your luggage on the first floor. The care samples in the lobby are sufficient. They also provide children's products, tea bags and coffee bags. The room is very nice. I booked a twin room, which is quite spacious, but it can be seen that it was converted from a three-bed room. If three people live there, it will be quite crowded. There is a free ice machine in the stairway and a coin-operated laundry room, but there are only three washing machines. "It's a good quiet and cozy location if you are going Disneyland. They have bus cater to Disneyland and back. The cleanliness are top notch as they are also relatively new. The staff are all friendly and try to help me whatever you need. The whole check in and out process was pleasant. Despite having small comfy room, they include bathtub, so there's still a enjoyment to it. They also have shoe dryer in the room, so there's no worry if you went out getting your shoe wet. At night the also provide unlimited small supper, my time was Chazuke, totally love it! Don't expect gym, swimming pool or anything but is one of the best place you can find if you want to hang around Maihama or having trip to Disneyland. Definitely would go and stay again! :)"

"Disney Official Hotel was the best! The Disney amenities, the cute Minnie in the hotel lobby, the sofa, and the hotel staff were all polite and impressive! The bus to Tokyo Disney Resort is free and it was convenient to go to the hotel by train! Before checking in at the hotel, I left my big luggage and enjoyed the first day slowly. Compared to other official hotels, I felt that the distance of 20 minutes by bus was far, but the cost performance was also good, so it is recommended for families.
