A luxury hotel for a family holiday!

A little expensive, but clean, and the food can barely meet the stomach of Chinese people

Not recommended for Chinese people 1. The check-in time at the front desk of the hotel exceeds 40 minutes. It is the hotel with the lowest check-in efficiency in Lanka. It is suspected that white people who come later will check in first and have to go back and forth to ask for signed documents and be led to the room and back to the front desk. The experience is extremely poor. 2. Although the hotel is equipped with a dehumidifier, the hotel was the most humid among the 9 hotels we stayed in during this trip, and my friend who was traveling with me developed an acute eczema outbreak. The sheets that come with you are damp when you lie on them. 3. The power plug is unreasonable. There is no power socket on the left side of the bed. There is only a power socket on the small table nearby, and the second one is under the TV opposite.

Lightning protection! ! ! Don't stay in this hotel. It's the worst hotel I stayed in in Sri Lanka for 9 days. I travel every year and book nearly 50 hotels. This is the first time I’ve given a negative review! advantage: The room is big and the sea view is pretty good. shortcoming: 1. The room was damp and cold, with a musty smell and the sheets were very damp. Due to the humidity in the room, the room was very cold. It was like a cellar. The long-sleeved sweatshirt I wore at night was still freezing when I woke up. It was cold and wet. It was so uncomfortable. The temperature in Lanka is close to 30 degrees, and it can be frozen even without turning on the air conditioner. Even if it's cold, I'm still taking it. 2. You need to wear a bracelet when you check in. The bracelet is plastic, very sharp, and cannot be taken off. It is easy to hurt yourself. I was scratched by myself several times while sleeping. 3. The toilet had an indescribable smell. It was so disgusting that even after asking the waiter to clean it, it was of no use. They also sprayed freshener all over the room, which made it smell bad. 4. The humidity in the room caused the paper towels to get wet and become moldy and unusable. 5. The hotel has no local characteristics. It is rustic and crowded. The beach is full of people and chaotic. It is full of deck chairs. The sea is full of fishing boats. The sea is full of local people. It is like dumplings. Beach towels need to be presented to the hotel. You can only exchange it with a card, otherwise you will be charged, which indirectly means that the beach is chaotic and everyone has it. 6. The hotel reservation was not made by Ctrip itself, but by Ctrip through an agent. It was very troublesome to solve the problem, and the hotel service was extremely poor. The problem could not be solved after multiple responses, and we refused to check out. In the end, we left the hotel early and the room fee was not charged. Sorry, it was so uncomfortable to live there.

Super experience. I had a great time together with my family members. The place is quite spacious and elegant. My kid loved it most importantly since there was kids' play area. The pool was wonderful. Aliza, Muru and the entire team of staff members were super friendly and supportive. Highly recommended for a get away

I wanted to book a good hotel with a room that had a nice view for my wedding anniversary. I call to several hotels but ony of hotels did not give me a exact answer abot room view. But after ai call to unawatuna araliya my call answer by operator *praveena*. Acctualy she given for me a excelent sevice and she talk to us very friendly to fine a room with good view. Actualy I personally apriciate ger service. And also we had very good breckfrist and stay. Rooms are soo conforble and specias.and have derect see view. Asatff also friendly. Thank u”

Nice environment...friendly staff..tasty food..well maintained property..spacious.Pool side and the beach environment is more relaxing and welcoming.Well disciplined staff and procedures. Recommended for family leisure stay.

The location is very good the service provided by the Infinity pool staff was exceptional madushanka,hasantha and Vihanga was exceptional the pool is vey well maintained and the above staff provided a very good service the pool is ideal for a length swimmer

The rooms were really nice and spacious. The food were absolutely delicious. And the staff was very friendly and helpful specially Aslam, Ravindu, Chalani Rukshan , Buddika and Lakmini were very attentive to our needs. Overall it’s a great experience.

Araliya beach resort was our last destination,just one word ‘spectacular’ we had a peaceful and relaxing stay . Food was just delicious, the night buffet sets an amazing bench mark. The team at Araliya was attentive to name a few Aslam, Janith, Buddika, Sathira, Rukshan Chamasha. Will definitely visit again.

The staff today gave very good customer service! The Saffron buffet was good, we got there close to the buffet closing after spending time at the beach, and the staff was nice enough to let us take our time and finish our meals while they cleaned up the buffet area. Aslam, Buddika, Rukshan, Nethu, Pavani, and Dulakshi made our experience today better :)
