The hotel staff were very helpful, the location of the hotel is perfece and the parking space is very nice. However, The following things can be improved in the hotel. 1. Providing water bottle - Half litre water bottles ( non branded, or may be I will call it locally branded ) were provided. This can be replaced with a one litre branded water bottles so that as a guest I am very comfortable with the brand that I am using. 2. The AC in the room was having a little smell, I believe it is due to the AC machine which is old enough now for replacement, this can be fixed to make the guest feel more relaxed at the room 3. Since the booking was done, breakfast was complimentary, However, when we visited the breakfast counter, the ambience looked as if the breakfast was more of a obligatory event for the hotel. Choice of food was very less and also the quality of Dosa items especially were pathetic, the sourness in the dosa batter was evident in the smell of the food. Even though this was informed, at the counter itself, I did not get any response which made me feel that as a guest I am not being treated properly.

This is the best location resort in udupi. Right at tbe backwater 2 min to the sea. Very peaceful place. And well maintained property. Full of tropical plants and good structures in the garden you ll feel really great staying here. My chekin experience was very soomth thanks to mr deepak for tbe hospitality and making the stay experience perfect by giving the perfect logoon facing room. The infinitypool was very clean and we had good experience. The restaurant is also great and gfood was delicious. We have tried some local dish suggested by chef and it was amazing. Great stay, awesome service and nice view. It’s very close to the manipal campus as well. Rooms are quite clean and swimming pool is great as well. Gym is bit too small.

We stayed for 6 days and it was great. The hotel is rather small, but the comfort level matches their 4 star rating. Staff are amazingly friendly and polite. Food at their restaurant was good. Had the buffet once and it was great.
