Udon Thani Hotels with Pools

I was given a half price deal for breakfast when I checked in.Next morning they said it was a mistake. I said ok I will go elsewhere for breakfast. It took half an hour of arguing to get my money back.They said we will refund you if you give us your credit card details. I said NO,I paid cash so you give me the cash back. As I said, half an hour later I got the cash. Is it a credit card scam...BEWARE.

After 4 hour drive we were pleased to arrive to the hotel where we have stayed before. The quality of the rooms is excellent and the staff at the front desk charming and helpful. However having decided to eat in the restaurant we were very disappointed. Our food came out very slowly, and rice did not arrive for 20 minutes after the main courses did. 2 orders didn’t arrive at all. Then when one did it was wrong and then again it arrived wrong. This was at least 90 minutes after us first ordering. Completely spoilt our evening before going for a walk for which we were too late and before a long following day to work for the charity which we support. We’re very sad and frustrated.

A very new hotel only about 7 minutes drive to Central Udon. We had very nice stay here. We enjoyed the semi-outdoor pool very much. There is gym and sauna too. Very clean. Plenty of car park. Will definitely go there again.

This is the fourth time staying at the Pannarai hotel in UdonThani. Once again we were not disappointed, hotel is in a good location for bars, restaurants and night life. Good value, in Europe a hotel of this quality you have have to pay 3-4 times as much. Staff very helpful, good English spoken and the staff are very polite, smart and cheerful. Buffet breakfast is excellent with many choices for a person to choose from. The rooms are modern, fresh appearance and are of a high standard. Having stayed here previously, if the price is right it's a big yes every time when in UdonThani.

Four of us shared a family room just for one night and we were really impressed. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but once you step inside it’s a different scene. Our room was really large with a magnificent king bed and two king singles. The bed was among the most comfortable I have enjoyed over the years. There was a large lounge to relax on as well as a big flat screen tv. Also tea and coffee facilities. We ordered room service for dinner and it was good quality food at a reasonable price. The bathroom was large, with two showers and two basins as well as one toilet. Well you wouldn’t want to go to the toilet as a couple would you? Our booking included free breakfast (no doubt added into the room price) but it was very good. A nice variety of dishes, Thai of course plus some western items. It is served near the outdoor pool in a nice relaxing environment. We also had a free shuttle to pick us up from the airport, about 10 minutes away, and we had no trouble finding our driver, who was extremely courteous and delivered all of our luggage direct to our room. The desk staff were also very friendly and obliging. Overall I was very pleased with our stay and honestly I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. I will certainly stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room is nice and spacious. The bed is quite comfy. Hotel staff is nice and helpful. Breakast is very good, buffet and ordered set. The price is very good indeed

This hotel was good enough that I stayed in for two additional night mainly for its location, comfortable bed and decent internet. Be aware that my bathroom was very small and the shower door was broke. The hotel needs some renovation for sure. Long 14 meter pool was nice.

Stayed for one night, booked through Agoda ( cheaper than hotel price) Was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was for the price Good size rooms , nice bathroom, recently refurbished Breakfast was to order due to Covid virus, but very good service, tea, coffee, orange juice, water, with eggs, ham sausage, toast, jam and a plate of melon to finish Location is just round the corner from Central Plaza. Turn right out of hotel, not left, much quicker ( 5 minutes walk ), with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area too Normally stay at Centara hotel, but was glad to find this hotel, will use this on my next visits, which I hope will be soon

It’s quite far from airport, on the other side of airport vicinity do after having ridden about 5km , I stay on the room on ground floor with view of pool,the window cane looked thtilough do need blackout curtain. Room facilities are ok for stay with comforts, including electric kettle, hairdryer, small fridge, cloth closet,flatscreenedTV , highspeed wifi , instant coffee; one disadvantage is slippery floor, too high waterpower showerso the floor wet easily. Plenty of power oulets and USB ports for charging. Breakfast is served st the bar and restuarant at front buiding with eide selections of food. One plus is free shuttle from hotel to the airport, just inform tge front desk in advance.

Amazing service. The manager is such a nice man. He always greets guests and asks how their stay is and if there is anything he or his staff can do to be helpful. All of the staff are super friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are always very clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good. Location is excellent. This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. I will always stay here each time I return to Udon Thani. Thank you to the manager and all of the hotel staff for always making me feel welcomed and happy during my stays here.
