The room is not so clean when we arrived. The hotel Is quite old and the pool is empty. So, there is not a good view from my balcony. The staffs are very helpful especially Mr. Mustafa. Thank you again for your help. However the view from the dining room is amazing.

Hotel was stunning so big and clean and quiet. However the location wasn’t the best, the little town of Uchisar is gorgeous that it is situated in but the main town of Goreme is a good 15/20 minute drive away. The breakfast was lovely lots to choose from however I asked about evening meal to which I was told it’s 650 lira for one person and that is without your drinks 😱 we went out each night for food and spent only 150-300 for both of us to eat instead. Overall this hotel was perfect to stay at for a couple of days the pool area was good and well maintained. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

The common rooms and services of the hotel are great. The staff if helpful and nice, the food is good. But the rooms need a refreshment. Bed wasn't comfortable, I could hear all the coversations around the pool at night, so I didn't sleep well...

The facilities are relatively old, but the service is quite friendly. The hotel restaurant has a great view of the scenery. The transportation is also quite convenient, and parking is easy. However, there are not many restaurants to eat outside. Everything else is pretty good.

Great location and very family friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We were very satisfied and will come again.

Breakfast and dinner, lots of fruits and desserts. There are also lots of nuts. The 3rd floor is the first floor, the 2nd floor is the minus 1 floor, and the 1st floor is the minus 2 floor. The room has a view of Uchisa! Stayed for 2 days, my only regret was not flying a hot air balloon!

Nice location and place It was clean and pleasant

When we booked, we made sure that we had a pool and wellness area so that we could relax all day and have a nice time in the hotel. We arrived at the hotel and the first impression was nice. The children wanted to go into the pool straight away, but we had to get out of the pool after an hour because a wedding party was planned for the evening and was therefore decorated. We weren't informed about this... the celebration lasted until the night. We also asked the receptionist why we weren't informed about it, but our request wasn't really taken into account. It was a shame as it wasn't a relaxing time for us...

It was a comfortable stay.
